Surrounded by the main avenues of the municipality and only 10 minutes from the main shopping plazas Town Square and Galerías Metepec, very close to the hospital area and the IMSS. Metepec, a magical town and the birthplace of the tree of life, has a great pottery tradition. The residential complex is 15 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the bus station and downtown Toluca.

The house is in Residencial Villas del Campo, 50 minutes from Santa Fe, 15 minutes from Metepec, in a private community with controlled access through an electric gate. It has two parking spaces on the ground floor, a half bathroom for visitors, a dining room, a kitchen with a bar, a back and side garden, and two bedrooms with their own bathroom and closet on the first floor.
