From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

There are four large bedrooms, a huge well equipped kitchen and a beautiful dining room with views of the famous Viaduct. The building is located in the port of Dinan which has many wonderful restaurants and it's only a 10 minute walk up the hill to the city centre. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

A beautiful collection of old stone cottages on the edge of a sleepy hamlet a few hundred yards from the idyllic Rance estuary. Cosy in winter - with 2 wood stoves and a stunning kitchen/dining extension. And perfect in summer with a huge garden, patios, and woods. We only rent the entire property to ONE group at a time. It is suitable for a family, or a larger group of up to 8 adults, maximum.
