I am a former stone bread oven and am full of character. It was converted into a cottage of about 25 m² to happily accommodate a small family with 2/3 children. Equipped with a kitchenette, living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom/toilet and a bedroom with 2 large beds, 1 of which is on the mezzanine, I have all the amenities you will need for a stay in Brittany near the local tourist centers: St-Malo, Mont St-Michel, Fougères, Rennes, Dinan, Cancale. Located in the heart of St. Servan, set back from a shopping street, charming 2 rooms of 32 m², all comforts, consisting of a bedroom with double bed, a living room with equipped kitchen and new sofa bed, a shower room with toilet. Linens are provided and beds are made for your arrival. A 5-minute walk to Bas Sablons beach, 15 minutes from the Cité Corsaire, you will benefit from a private parking space and a closed garage for two-wheelers.

Small cottage on GR34 for hikers

Ideal for stopping, after a day of walking (the GR34 passes through the street) or during an event. Self-check-in and checkout with a key box, but if we can, we'll be happy to host you! We prefer late afternoon check-ins and morning checkouts, as the cottage is really made for people passing through, away during the day (no living room in the cottage). Our children like to play in the garden and we want to feel "at home" during the day.

3-star furnished tourist accommodation. Independent accommodation: 30 m2 interior and 20 m2 terrace and independent garden. Ideally located halfway between the sea and the center of Saint-Briac (less than 500 m from the town center and beaches; close to Dinard and Saint-Malo), surrounded by Bois d'Avril, at the end of a cul-de-sac, quiet. Recently renovated, the accommodation is well insulated, pleasant even in winter, very sunny.
