The house is from around the 1800s, and the whole facility is protected. It has been modernly upgraded, but maintained in an old, rural-romantic style that creates a truly unique atmosphere. Private driveway almost to the cabin (10 m from the entrance), which it is not possible to turn on. Experience the phone coverage as a little variable around/in the cabin. No Wi-Fi No bathroom. Camping shower in a shower corner outside. Outdoor toilet (dry toilet).

Svartisen Northern light

Welcome to Svartisen Northern light. The cabin is located by the seaside and has a private dock. You can also find a telescope inside the cabin, and during the winter this is the place to observe the Northern lights when the sky is clear. The boat to Svartisen are approximately 400 m away from the cabin, so this is a perfect place to start glacier hiking. If you like fishing there is fishing gear available.
