The train station and city center are also a few minutes' walk away, as is Betzenberg. A bus stop is right around the corner. The direct proximity to nature invites you to take walks, hikes and bike rides in the beautiful Palatinate Forest. The apartment was recently newly and stylishly furnished and is well equipped. By car, it takes about 8 minutes to get to the city center or train station and 5 minutes to the university. About 100 m from the apartment, you will find the bus stop on weekdays, buses run in different directions every 16 minutes. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for one person, but can be occupied by two.

My flat is 10 minutes away from Ramstein Airbase and 10-15 minutes away from the city center of Kaiserslautern. The location is ideal for people interested in hiking and cycling in the beautiful Palatinate Forest.

The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
