We enjoyed our stay at Barbara’s place. Close to everything in Hinton. Very clean. She’s thought of everything. Beautiful river view from the back porch. Children’s park within walking distance. It was just what we needed.

Excellent service and response time. The suite is great with furnished porch balcony, fully equipped kitchenette. We so enjoyed sitting and watching the river in the evening and in the morning with our coffee. The unit is one of two above an outdoors outfitter store. Although the building is close to the road, there was no sound of traffic heard inside. Air conditioning worked so well, we were very comfortable even in the heat wave! We were very pleased and hope to stay at Greg’s again.

Absolutely loved this place! Super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. You can tell a lot of thought went into making it comfortable and welcoming — from the stylish setup to all the little touches. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the whole vibe was really relaxing. Easy access to the river was a huge bonus! Check-in was easy and the host was great to communicate with. Also, big thanks for the cookies and dog treats — such a sweet touch! Hinton is one of our favorite getaway spots, and this place made it even better. My only complaint is I couldn’t stay longer — but that’s just because this place is so popular, and for good reason. Would 100% stay here again!

This was a wonderful, clean, house, very relaxed and we felt right at home. We enjoyed the campfire. We visted the local water falls and the Grist Mill at Babcock State Park. Our favorite restaurant was the Market place by the courthouse. The direction took us right to the house with no issues. Megan was quick to answer any questions. The app shares a lot of info so I say read and learn try all places.

Luxurious 3-bedroom Home on the New River

If I had to describe this Airbnb, I’d call it one of the more thoughtful I’ve ever stayed in - both in being well-considered, and being genuinely comforting. From cookies for myself and my party, and Andes mints on the beds, to USB flashlight bars by the couch and fire-starting supplies, the little touches added up. The kitchen was stocked with what many places overlook: oil, Pam, sharp knives, and even Tupperware. There were more than enough towels and pillows, there were bedside tables with outlets on top, and full-length mirrors. The stairs down to the fire pit were lit, which made evenings by the water feel easy and welcoming. The three season room was wonderful, as well, for those of us who attract some bugs, but enjoy the sound of the nearby rapids, and wind. The home was spotless, peaceful, and perfectly located for a visit to the nearby National Park (New River Gorge). The host was also very responsive - when we had a question about the dishwasher, they replied within minutes!
