Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The residence is located between two stables on a quiet street with little traffic. Rural location with beautiful nature around. If you want to hike or bike, Sotelden is close by and Ramsvikslandet Nature Reserve is 9.2 km away. To cozy Kungshamn, Smögen, Bovallstrand & Fjällbacka, you can get there quickly by car.

Newly-built tiny house - the perfect place to stay if you want to have access to a place to stay that's out of the ordinary! The house offers a spectacular view with the forest as the nearest neighbor. Despite its small size, there is a simple kitchen, dining area, toilet and a comfortable and secluded sleeping area with a 140 cm bed. Outside, there is also a private balcony, a private outdoor shower with hot water and cold water and a larger gravel patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, 50 sqm plus 20 sqm sleeping loft. Proximity to both the golf course, the sea and restaurants. Free parking for several cars is available as well as a large lawn for the kids to play on. Four beds plus a sofa bed for the little ones. Cottage in Bohuslän 21 sqm, walking distance to swimming, down the mountain. Kitchenette, July 2025 upgraded from bunk beds to spring beds, toilet is in the cottage, shared shower in the basement (low ceiling) in the larger house, just over two km to the bus. 10-13 km to Kungshamn/Smögen. Proximity to Sotenäsleden, Nordens ark, golf course, Gerlesborgsskolan 15 km. You need to bring sheets and bath towels. Kitchen towel, toilet paper, salt and black pepper are available here.
