I had a lovely stay. The house was beautiful, bed comfy, good shower with plenty of hot water☀️Jenifer was great and responded quickly to messages. Good facilities all round. I recommend staying here. Its a good place to explore the area including Semuc Champey, caves and amazing Jungle in the area.

Very nice place to relax. For the price it is great!! It's nothing fancy inside, but it's clean and has everything you need. Very quick communication with the host and the check-in/check-out of the place was super practical. Close enough to the village to get food. No problem with our dogs (as long as they respect the animals of the place) Thank you so much!!!

We had the pleasure of staying in a truly original home in Guatemala. The place is enchanting, with its authentic setting, charming chapel and relaxing pool. It is one of the most beautiful country houses I have had the pleasure of staying in. The estate where the property is located has a small lagoon. Check-in is accessible. You can enter with sedan without a problem. The house is very well equipped. Communication with the owner was very good and smooth from the start. The property is ideal to enjoy a few days away from the hustle and bustle of the capital! I 100% recommend it I hope to return soon

excellent place, very nice, as it is in the photos, so is the place, easy access, only the detail of the water pump that is activated every 10 and causes downs, but from there everything is very good.

We had a great experience staying at this farm house. Place was so peaceful and very clean. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Josuè and his wife are accommodating and very welcoming to their place. We had breakfast in the morning and it was delicious, plus having breakfast at their beautiful patio was a big bonus. You can tell that they love their place and take good care of it: I just wish we would had stayed longer.

Faultless, beautiful place, surroundings, family and animals. What a fantastic host and a credit to offer such a wonderful experience. One I won't forget.
