On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. Gut Winkel, an oasis of well-being in Ammerland

The apartment was completed in May 2022 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest existing farm (1746) in the municipality of Apen. It is very high-quality and lovingly equipped and can accommodate 2 people on about 75 square meters. Garden use is of course allowed. We live here together with our dogs, cats and horses and are happy to welcome you to this idyll. The farm has a very special soul that needs to be discovered.
