Lakanat/Pyyhket löytyy ilmaiseksi, mutta majoittujan on pestävä nämä itse käytön jälkeen ennen lähtöä.

Parkkipaikka aivan oven edessä, oma sisäänkäynti talon takapihan puolella. Huoneisto sijaitsee suositun lounasravintolan yläkerrassa, jossa mahdollisuus ruokailuun ma-pe klo 10.30-15.00 hintaan 13,50 euroa/hlö. Huoneisto sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa, jonne on raput.
