The south-west plot has 260 m of shoreline. The long, shallow sandy beach is also well suited for the little ones in the family. The direction of the property ensures magnificent sunrises and sunsets that you can enjoy on the large 60 m2 outdoor terrace. There is also a rowboat available. A compact beach cottage with space for 1-2 people, a cooking area on the terrace with a refrigerator, a countertop and hotplates. Running cold water. A wood-fired sauna where you can take a sauna and wash (outdoor shower). There is a lean-to and a campfire area on the shore. A rowboat is at your disposal. Composting dry toilet. Our Garden House nestles in a secluded flower garden along Ekenäs Old Town's most pittoresque and peaceful little street by the sea. The House has its own entrance, two sunny corners for relaxing in the garden, a colourful bedroom overlooking the garden to two directions, a separate toilet, a fully-equipped kitchenette and a wood-heated sauna with a large shower room. In summer, you can go swim in the sea from the pretty little beach around the corner. All you need in life is here. <3

The idyllic cottage is located on the top of a slope, in its own peace, surrounded by beautiful scenery. You should arrive at the cottage via road 1030, NOT via Rakuunatorpantie = wrong route + big uphill). Children under 16 years old FREE (2 children, accompanied by an adult). UNFORTUNATELY, PETS ARE NOT WELCOME IN THE COTTAGE. In the midst of the energy crisis, the electric car charge is priced separately at 15e/day. Alternatively, report the meter readings before and after your stay.

In the forests surrounding the cottage, you can hike, pick mushrooms and berries, and the scenic Lake Gölen is a kilometer away. The cottage is located near Billnäs Ruukki, and Fiskars Ruukkikylä with its restaurants and boutiques is also within cycling distance. The wood-fired traditional sauna, which is freely available to tenants, offers deep and humid saunas.

You'll be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located tiny house! Biogården, the cinema yard, is in the Old Town on the edge of the market. The yard is peaceful and fenced, but nice cafes, restaurants, beach, and promenade are just around the corner. Not to mention the movie theater behind the wall, of course. At the same time, there is also another AirBnb property in the courtyard, if there are more travelers in the same group!
