Enjoy a SAUNA and tasty dreams in this peaceful but still close to the center in a 61m2 two-bedroom apartment. You'll have bed beds READY for you, and you'll find tea and coffee to make, among other things, in the kitchen. Located on the 1st floor of a house without an elevator, but not on the ground. Final cleaning is included! Distances: Railway station 2.1 km. University 3.3 km. Market 2.3 km. Riveria Peltola 1.1 km. A free spot for a low car in a canopy. Guest spaces in the yard for 4 hours from 9am to 8pm.

Welcome to have a clean, well maintained one-bedroom apartment! The entire apartment (37 m²) is at your disposal. For a car in this area, rare free parking with a heating pole in the yard. In the apartment you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. It has a well-equipped kitchen. To get to the city center, you can quickly get to the city through the Bridge, for example, on the bikes included in the rental. The apartment has an air source heat pump, so the nights go cool in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

A winding pathway is surrounded by lush greenery and dappled sunlight. The road leads to a welcoming building in the distance, with trees providing shade and a serene atmosphere. A nearby picnic area is visible, enhancing the outdoor space.

In a separate building in your own room, you can stay in peace and avoid human contact if you want. You'll have access to a 160cm wide bed, a private kph/toilet, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee and kettle, a small set of dishes, and coffee and tea. A hot plate+ eight is available upon request. Located in the countryside near the city, along the highway, less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Joensuu. Parking is also possible by truck (please let us know in advance).

However, in an exceptional situation, linens can be arranged from the place to stay with a separate fee.

The air source heat pump cools in summer and heats in winter. Barbecue hut in the yard. Rowing boat in use. Great road connection. Come and enjoy the cottage life to the beautiful natural landscape, the south shore. Check-in time at 3pm and departure time at 12pm.

Trees ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. About 10 minutes to Outokumpu and 30 minutes to Joensuu. Koli about an hour and Valamo Monastery about 30 minutes by car. There's also a dog cage outside with a small coop.
