I loved the stay, Patrícia is an excellent hostess, super requests! The apartment is perfect for one person, cozy, I imagine that for a couple will also be great. What has cooking utensils is for a short stay, as I stayed three months I took my things. Stairway access is a bit steep, it can be tricky for the elderly. The neighborhood is totally residential, safe and quiet, my car was left on the street without any problems, i-maradinho that has underneath is a hand in the wheel, in time of a need. The only one that can be inconvenient, for some people, would be the noise of neighboring dogs. The location is in the region of the ecological reserve, which for me, which I like more deserted and paradisiacal beaches was a dream, natural lagoons and beautiful beach, the beach that leads to the street is of strong sea and has a kiosk, the look is beautiful! Rio das Ostrase surprised me, clean, organized, with very beautiful beaches and nature. Township who is staying will definitely love it.

i loved the stay! i felt like csa! comfortable rooms a very large and airy house... I spent 3 days with my family, we went in 8 people and accommodated our family very well. fabrício é Adriana responded quickly to me by helping me in everything I needed. the kids loved the pool house and briquedos! well-equipped house for fzr food. great security with cameras. amei nota mil a casa. i'll be back for sure

The flat is exactly like the photos and description. The staff of the building were very polite and the location is excellent! We had a mishap with the microwave socket but Leonardo triggered a person to help us and everything went well! The garage is very tight (our car is big) but we leave in the street in front of the building without problems, the neighborhood is very quiet, residential and full of cameras. We appreciate the receptivity of Leonardo who has always kept in touch so that our stay would be the best possible!

We went as a family and the house accommodated everyone. We had an unforeseen issue with the water, but Carol quickly resolved it. The house is great and has plenty of utensils. The part that bothered us a little, and it may have been my fault for not reading the description correctly, is that the house has three floors and the last part was occupied. The residents were looking a lot on the first day, maybe out of curiosity, but after that it was super quiet. The house is just like the pictures and is absolutely worth it. The place is very quiet and the owner is very attentive and helpful.

We love the stay and feel at home. Naime is very requested, nice and capricious... The very nice place, super clean and the same as it is in the photos. Our hostess still left us mimos at check-in and made it very easy to check out, in short, everything perfect. Super recommend and we look forward to coming back soon!

We love the Kelly space! All very organized, impeccable bed and bath linens, not to mention the fact that you can have air conditioning and ceiling fan in both rooms, which are also suites, kitchen with all the necessary items, a wonderful pool, close to the beach and the commerce. Kelly was very polite and helpful, responding quickly every time we need, me and my friends, we liked it very much and felt at home. We will definitely return!

First, I would like to point out how helpful and kind André was during our stay. The apartment is beautiful and spacious as in the listing, everything clean and very organized. The location is great, close to shops, restaurants and beaches. My family and I are already planning to return.

We loved the place!! Very comfy and cozy, had a very well equipped kitchen. Its location is awesome, very peaceful and quiet, while close to the pier (local attraction) and busier beaches, lots of restaurants at only a few minutes walk. The city itself has plenty of markets and services. Highly recommend Victor’s place and 1000/10 would book it again.

I stayed with my family at the house to spend the New Year, it was amazing. The house is large, hugs everyone very comfortably, we did not have any problems during the stay and we were welcomed in the best possible way. The beach of the north sea is very good, we intend to return to take even more days of accommodation. Dona Vera always very kind, we love our host! ♥️
