Free parking spaces 100m away. Close to beautiful beaches, pretty villages to visit and the GR34, customs trail. Very clear check-in instruction. Good communication, quick and cordial response from Julien. I would recommend it

Very nice accommodation, well equipped and close to all shops because it is located in the city center. The beach and first hiking trails are a 10-minute walk away. Didier is very welcoming and has very good tips for visits and walks. We highly recommend it.

Quiet accommodation surrounded by baby goats and some sheep. Boulodrome and badminton court accessible. Cap d'Erquy and Cap Fréhel are nearby for beautiful walks. The accommodation was compliant, well decorated, functional and very well-equipped. Sylvie was welcoming and responsive. We recommend 100%

Joëlle was extremely responsive and very accommodating. The house is extremely pleasant to live in, free of clutter and with a well equipped kitchen and laundry room. It is also extremely well located in Perros-Guirec, minutes from everything, the best bakery, restaurants, markets, beach, port and downtown. Finally, the peaceful garden is very nice for a relaxing end of day. We highly recommend it for a family stay and we'll probably come back ourselves.

Charming warm house facing a beautiful garden. The decoration is very nice, it feels very good there. It's a quiet and peaceful place. You are about 200 meters from the village where you will find bakeries, fishmonger, butcher, deli, supermarket, restaurants... There is also a market on Wednesday morning. You have everything you need nearby. And of course, you are close to beautiful places to discover: Tregastel, Perros-Guirec, Bréhat Island, Ploumanac'h, Plougrescant, St Malo... you won't get bored. Christophe, the owner is very friendly, discreet, and attentive to the well-being of his tenants. You can go there without so much as a second thought!

Very beautiful house with a large garden and a beautiful terrace, very pleasant when the sun is there. We stayed there with 5 adults and 4 children and it was perfect in terms of space. Antoine is friendly and very responsive. Thanks again for the welcome gift! I recommend it without hesitating!!

We spent 4 great days in Pauline Martial and Rosa's villa.... We were greeted by Martial who is very kind and kind. The house is faithful to the photos offered , very functional and very pleasant: it feels good . If you plan to come to perros guirec and its region do not hesitate to rent Pauline's property you will not be disappointed!

What a lovely and cute place to stay in Perros-Guirec! The house is clean, recently renovated and well equipped. Parking was free and easy to find on the street. The neighborhood is quiet at night. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, with one large bedroom in the main floor, with ensuite, and two smaller rooms up the circular staircase. These rooms share a full bathroom. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed a good nights sleep. The hosts, Sabrina and Sylvain, are delightful. They warmly welcomed us and provided an orientation to their home. Highly recommended. Beautiful stay in this beautiful apartment in an ideal location, by the water with a quality restaurant on the ground floor. Superb views. Hervé is a very accommodating host and has good tips for visiting the area. Finally our children loved it, we will be back!

Stay at the start of the year, few tourists and that's great. Unfortunately, a lot of shops closed for holidays, that's the other side of the coin. Beautiful seaside walk to the village, beach accessible to dogs outside the summer season. Reserved parking space, it must be a real plus in high season.

We just had a great week in this beautiful apartment. Perfect location close to hiking trails, a few restaurants and the beach, so you can do anything on foot. Tastefully decorated and very well equipped apartment. Alexandra provides very detailed documentation that provides all the information needed to visit the area. Alexandra is very friendly and responsive when you need to ask her questions. We'll be happy to go back!

The accommodation is in a great location: free parking, shops, next to the beaches. The apartment is clean, the bedding is very good, storage facilities. Good cider and apple juice were waiting for us;) Only a very small downside: a little more mugs would be appreciated as well as a bottom of the closet because we had to buy salt, pepper, sugar etc ... and a magnifying mirror with an articulated arm would be convenient in the bathroom .

The directions are clear to get to the apartment which matches the description well, quiet, bright, and well-equipped. It is very close to the beach and the customs trail, and the shops are within walking distance Anthony has everything planned for vacationers to discover his region: many maps, guides... and he is very considerate.
