Située à 1700 mètres d’altitude, notre maison de famille est située dans le hameau de la Chalp d’Arvieux, au pied du col de l'Izoard. Elle dispose de 3 chambres et d’un jardin privatif clôturé. En hiver, un relevé du compteur électrique est fait à l’état de lieux d’entrée pour sensibiliser à toute surconsommation intempestive. (Voir contrat) Un contrat de location est établi au moment de la réservation. Quelque soit la saison, une ambiance de forêt et ses paysages seront au rendez-vous !

Chalet Face aux Etoiles – 14 pers

Great for mountain lovers. The dwelling overlooks the village, you will have walking access to shops - in winter, the shuttle at the bottom of the chalet takes you to the ski slopes. In summer, many hiking trails are possible from the cottage. You'll love the panoramic view of the peaks from the living room, the large volumes, the heat of the fireplace and the family board games. Possible W TV with high-speed WiFi via fiber. Linens and towels not included - rental possible

La Grave: Architect-designed house with unique views

In the heart of the Écrins National Park, perched in the Hameau des Terrasses, this contemporary house has stunning views of the Meije glaciers. The 95 m2 house is characterized by its openings and unique volumes offering its occupants an extraordinary panoramic landscape. It has an equipped kitchen open to the living room, 3 bedrooms including a mezzanine with a total of 6 beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. It received the 2022 Archicote Award.

Chalet montagne Vallouise

This 76 m2 chalet is new. Composed of a spacious living room and an equipped kitchen. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom, open space, with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. 15 minutes from the ski resorts, it offers breathtaking views of the mountains and a large independent garden. Ideal for hiking, climbing or mountaineering, it is at the foot of the Barre des Écrins. The cottage is near the charming village of Vallouise and its amenities.

Logement avec 1 étage, ancienne école rénovée. Chauffage bois autonome. Premiers commerces à 15 mn (Chateau Queyras).

Ideal for smiles of gliding or hiking in the heart of the Oisans. This small restored house in a quiet little hamlet, at an altitude of 1050 m and with magnificent views of the Meije, will transport you into the warm world of the mountain. Ideal base camp for rider, with the possibility of walking and proximity by car (essential) to 3 large ski resorts: Les 2 Alpes(20 min), Alpe d 'Huez, La Grave and Les Valons de la Meije. Detached house with large panoramic terrace with unobstructed view of the mountains, very quiet place on a large plot of land in the countryside and 5 minutes from the city and ski lifts. The house is completely refurbished to modern tastes. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with large walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Sleeps 6. Ideal for a weekend or a quiet holiday in the mountains.

Lakefront cottage

Our chalet has been fully renovated and offers exceptional views of Lake Serre-Ponçon and Mont Guillaume. A true haven of peace with a magnificent wooden terrace overlooking a private garden of 250 m2, not overlooked. Small corner of paradise ideally located in a residential area but 2 steps from the amenities of Savines-le-Lac. Private lake access is a few meters from the accommodation.

The dollhouse.

The house, called "la_casetta_delle_bambole" (see Insta) is very small, characteristic of mountain houses, but has been renovated to have all modern comforts! It's heated with a romantic pellet stove! Outside (although centrally located) it has a green space where you can relax admiring the view in any season, the village is always inhabited and alive all year round!
