I really liked my stay. It's a spacious place, very nice and perfectly located downtown, with lots of options to eat, walk and enjoy nearby. Super comfortable and practical, I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice apartment, with an extraordinary view of the lake. The whole place is very clean and worth the price paid. You just have to know that check-in is a bit complicated if you don't have an internet connection because the address is not precise and people don't necessarily know it (it was dark and it was raining for us too). So you have to print all of Johnny's tips in advance, which we didn't quite do. To make it perfect, you should also provide a mop for cleaning and an extra cloth. The kitchen is also quite basic, good for breakfast but otherwise we ate out (no gas in the stove and the problem was not resolved). But despite these clarifications, our stay was very nice and we would be happy to come back.

We loved our stay here! The location is great very close to the ferry. Loved the open air area! It’s close to bars/restaurants but we didn’t find it too loud. Would recommend staying here.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Kenny's apartment. The patio overlooking the lake was a great place to start and end our day. We appreciated how the apartment was close to lots of restaurants and bars, and Kenny gave us a ton of great local recommendations for San Pedro and surrounding towns. If you love being in the middle of the action of the town this is the perfect place for you.

A very cozy place, we felt right at home, ready to return without a doubt.

I stayed here on glorious week and could have stayed another. The place was exactly as described and the rooftop deck/kitchen was an amazing place to work and chill. It was a 50 yard walk to the lake and only a 5-10 walk to the main tourist area. It’s also about as peaceful as San Pedro gets. Town has a party vibe so you will still hear music at night and the occasional dog barking but nothing that even cheap earplugs can’t handle.

Excellent accommodation, very clean, tidy, the location is perfect, it is on the side of the road. What we liked the most was the view of the fields.

the place was so tranquil and charming that I extended my stay. the shared kitchen and bathrooms were cleaned and tided daily, and the whole place in general was always tidy. It was great value for money and I would stay there again.

Elizabeth's home is located in fast walking distance of some of the best Spanish schools in Xela as well as the center of town. It's an incredibly convenient location at the same time that it's a quiet residential area where you can sleep peacefully. I was truly grateful that Elizabeth accepted my reservation so rapidly and let me check-in almost immediately after reserving one of her rooms. She even met me when I got lost and helped me carry my luggage to her house. She prepares the most amazing chicken soup seasoned with fresh cilantro. She enjoys cooking and eating with her guests at her kitchen table. The house is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. Elizabeth's home is ideal for long-term accommodations. I enjoyed her and her family's warmth and hospitality at the same time that I had lots of privacy.

This is a good place to stay if you're visiting Xela. Good mixture of travelers.
