Loved La Casa Roja’s! The house was as pictured. The kitchen was very functional. The shower had unlimited hot water. Bed was very comfortable. If you get cold, they have a couple space heaters. The rooftop patio and washer/dryer were definitely very nice to use daily. Parking your car in the garage was a nice secure option. The condo was used as a base camp for hiking the tallest volcanoes in Guatemala. Walked the whole city one day to just explore the countryside and the town. There is definitely a lot to see and explore within the town. The condo was very quiet, minus the beautiful birds singing. It is also close to little stores and fresh tortillas. There are two dogs outside that protect the condos. I suggest you bring treats and they will be your best friend.

An ideal starting point for visiting Xela! Located just steps from downtown, with all the amenities, including a kitchen. The master bedroom has four single beds, ideal for large groups. You can tell it's an authentic family home, which guarantees an amazing travel experience.

I really enjoyed staying at the Catalina Apartments in Xela. I was staying a longer duration (over a month) and wanted something comfortable, easily walkable, close to the center of town, and with access to a washer, dryer, and good internet. The gym and sauna are such a great added bonus. The apartments are super quiet and relaxing. And it is a quick walk to the Central Park and lot's of great coffee shops. I would stay here again.

Perfect stay in Xela! We felt right at home in the apartment. There is enough space and the kitchenette is sufficient for small dishes. The gym on the roof has an amazing view of the surrounding city and volcanoes - one morning, we saw Santiguito "erupt" with smoke while running on the treadmill, it was so impressive. This and the free laundry makes this really great value for the price. The location in centro histórico is also perfect - there are many amazing coffee places right around the corner and the main Parque is great for people watching, street food stalls or just reading a book.

Large downstairs apartment, had everything you could ask for. Close enough to walk to the center, and La Tora. Well worth the price, would recommend and return for short or longer stays.

The entryway showcases a vibrant blue door framed by a light-colored stone. A small window beside the door allows natural light into the interior. The pathway is made of stone, leading to the entrance of the apartment.

Simply spectacular!!! Staying on the 11th floor overlooking Quetzaltenango City, something you don't do every day. The place is impeccable, just like the photos and much better. Really, really well-equipped, it's definitely a 10/10 without a doubt. There is no doubt to take it, in addition to the location, it is a new building and the apartment has a lot of effort and dedication. I don't hesitate at all to recommend it.

The place is very nice, it is something far from everything else but therefore it is very quiet and the atmosphere is very nice. We had a great time! And the hosts are all super friendly.

Beautiful cabin in the woods! Fell in love with Xela a couple of years ago and try to come back a couple times of year. This Airbnb was gorgeous, well equipped, and centrally located. The city center is a short 10 minute drive, but the wooded surroundings make the city feel far away. Extra kudos for the cute black cat on the premises! Will be returning again.
