The place is new and I gave some small advice that was accepted with gratitude. I'll definitely be back. I already feel like it's my home when I work in Toto!!!!

Excellent accommodation, very clean, tidy, the location is perfect, it is on the side of the road. What we liked the most was the view of the fields.

Large downstairs apartment, had everything you could ask for. Close enough to walk to the center, and La Tora. Well worth the price, would recommend and return for short or longer stays.

Simply spectacular!!! Staying on the 11th floor overlooking Quetzaltenango City, something you don't do every day. The place is impeccable, just like the photos and much better. Really, really well-equipped, it's definitely a 10/10 without a doubt. There is no doubt to take it, in addition to the location, it is a new building and the apartment has a lot of effort and dedication. I don't hesitate at all to recommend it.

Very good place, very quiet area, there is parking inside and very central, communication with Lesther was very good, maybe just fix the heating for hot water, otherwise everything was excellent

The stay was very nice, the view from the cabin is beautiful, access to the lake to go swimming is safe and gives the place a plus, we hope to return 🫶🏻

Perfect location on the lake, not in the middle of town but easy to walk everywhere, and lovely sunrises.

Great cabin with amazing views over lake atitlan. Would recommend for a chill stay! The host was very laid back and they even shipped my camera which I had left behind there to me which I appreciated so much ❤️

The place is very nice, perfect to disconnect from the city routine. Dan and the locals were very kind! The kitchen utensils are very characteristic of the place, it really was a great stay! We didn't even want to go out to the village, since we had everything in one place: landscapes, tranquility and a cozy accommodation. Just as a recommendation, if you're going to cook, bring everything you need because otherwise you'll have to go to town to buy it.

This place was so perfect! We wished we were able to stay longer. Magdalena greeted us upon our arrival and gave us a tour, and even gave us a fresh loaf of bread and eggs for breakfast. The home is incredibly cozy, photogenic, and has amazing views from the terrace. Magdalena was very responsive on the AirBNB app, and helped us organize a private shuttle transfer from Antigua to San Pedro for a very fair price. It is a bit far from the main/touristy areas of San Pedro, but we had a very easy time finding tuktuks (taxis) to take us there or it is a 15-20 minute walk. HIGHLY recommend to anyone interested in a unique stay!

Great place and host! A fairly comfortable cabin, we had a great time and enjoyed the view, having access to the lake was amazing for sunrise 👌🏻

Was a stunning view from the Airbnb which we loved morning and night. It is a walk to get up so we recommend using the tuk tuk driver they suggest to help bring heavy luggage up and down at the start and end. The cabin does get very cold at night as there is no curtains and a slight opening at the top that lets the cold in and there wasn’t many places for us to store our things
