Vacation rentals with lake access in Quelfes

A charming house in the countryside with calm surroundings. We loved the pool, jacuzzi and the views around the house. The house has everything you need, and I would advise you to do a small shop before going there due to its location.

We had a great time at Christiane's place! In total, the two of us spent 4 weeks here, worked 2 weeks and took 2 weeks of vacation – both worked out perfectly. Christiane was very considerate of our rest periods, and the Internet was reliable. The apartment is even more beautiful than the pictures: spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and comfortable bedrooms. The terrace offers a fantastic view of nature. There is an idyllic lake and a yoga platform in the area – perfect for relaxation. Everything was spotlessly clean, and Christiane was a wonderful host – always available, helpful and warm. We will be happy to come back. Thank you!

Really Nice place. Clean, decorated nicely, comfortable. Very friendly host, the lady who let us in absolutely loved our baby and was so sweet with him. Lovely town, and the near islands are gorgeous.

Great Villa for the six people in our party. Well set out with bedrooms at one end moving through to a bright and spacious lounge area with dining table and kitchen off that. Then out onto a covered area outside and then pool and sunloungers. Plenty of space to be together without being cramped. Air con in bedrooms is great. Also good washing machine and additional toilet and shower in outbuilding. Well situated in quiet peaceful area with good supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Very prompt and helpful responses to any enquiries we made. Recommended.

We were warmly welcomed by Isabel, who speaks French well. The accommodation is atypical and has all the comforts you need. We were able to park easily every time we got back from a walk. It is a few meters from the pedestrian streets for shops and restaurants but also from the waterfront, for the boat that takes you to the islands. Regarding the things we liked less, as mentioned in previous comments, the master bedroom has no shutter, just a transparent and most annoying white blind, is, that the neighbor next to an external motion-detection light that illuminates the room at each trigger for 10 seconds, and sometimes, dozens of times in a row, because this gentleman plays on his phone, in front of this lamp, so with each movement, it turns on... The other point that could be improved would be the maintenance of the pool water line, which is green. We took the time to clean up a bit!

Nuno and Ana are wonderfully friendly and helpful hosts. The house is equipped with all ( and even more) comforts; really everything you need is present. We enjoyed the house, the garden and the location!!!

Great place to stay for a peaceful time in Tavira. East access to the main town as well as Faro or Fuseta. Great restaurant less than a 5 minute walk from the cottage.

Wonderful, bright, super clean apartment with lots of amenities. Across the street from the beautiful marina and boardwalk, and minutes away from restaurants and the infamous Olhão markets.

Great location, balcony with sea view, modern and tastefully decorated, good kitchen equipment, 2 elevators. The market and all supermarkets are within easy walking distance. Immediately behind the building in which the apartment is located is the old village of Armação de Pêra with numerous cafes and snack bars, where you can participate in Portuguese life among locals and enjoy the relaxed tranquility with coffee and pastel de nata or Pão de Deus. From the apartment to the beach with numerous fishing boats and the tourist gastronomy it is only 100 meters, so top location! Communication with Vanessa was very warm, upon our arrival there was a bottle of wine as well as jam, nut-nougat cream, capsules for the coffee maker, vinegar, oil, salt etc. at the table. A service we have rarely experienced and we have been to the Algarve very often. It couldn't have been better. Thanks for the hospitality! I would be happy to come back.

Pedro's place was really cozy, me and my friend really enjoyed our stay. At the place we stayed at a few days before we were freezing at night, so it was so amazing to finally be at an airbnb where the heater and air conditioning work properly! We could adjust the temperature easily anytime with a remote. All instructions were super clear because of the app / website link that has all the details in one place. Also, Pedro checked in multiple times just in case we have any questions or need help and is super responsive. This airbnb is only a few minutes away from various restaurants and a beautiful beach which is super convenient. There is also a supermarket right next door. Thank you so much Pedro for making our stay so comfortable!

Can't beat the view! Perfect place to stay with small kids. Jorge had a high chair, travel crib, and baby bath ready and set up for us as well as so many kids toys which was a really nice touch. Wonderful location within walking distance to the beach and old town, while also being car accessible with lots of parking. Would definitely recommend!

A beautiful apartment in stunning Olhau! We really enjoyed our time in this ultra comfortable apartment close to the lovely old town in Olhau. There is nothing this property is lacking! We will be back at the first opportunity!

We loved our stay here. Loved how close it was to the beach. We found Felicidade’s instructions very clear on access to the apartment. She gave some great recommendations on places to eat. The pools were brilliant & the kids loved the kids pool. The apartment itself was so clean & spacious. Would highly recommend. Can’t wait to visit again soon.

We had a great time in this apartment. Perfect for 5 people. It is large and very well-equipped. It has everything you need (windbreakers and parasols included for beach lovers). The host is very responsive and, even though we encountered a hot water problem, she was able to respond instantly, and the issue was resolved in just 4 hours. You deserve 5 stars because everything was perfect, and even when there was a problem, you were responsive. Quality customer service for a good value for money. A big thank you to you. All the best

Beautiful house! Very clean and stylishly decorated! We had an great week and felt very comfortable. The house is located just outside Silves surrounded by nature. We will be happy to come back!

To use just one word to describe Jan home: wonderful! If you are looking for a peaceful place, close to nature and away from busy cities then this is your place to stay. It has everything you'll need and perhaps Jan you'll do his best for more if needed. To us, his home was a piece of heaven and it did reminded me of my grandparents place when I was a young and spend the time summer holidays with them. Here you have orange trees and all you have to do is to pick one or two and enjoy them. Oh, I shall not forget Odin (the Cat). He gave us a big welcome in the first day but because we made the mistake not to allow her inside he completly ignored us during the stay. We had the 2nd chance on the last day when he joins us a for a breakfast! :-) Things to mention: you'll need a car (not a low small car but rather a mini SUV perhaps) as it's not close to a bus or train routes. Good Wifi receptions. We will return for sure as there is so much to see around. Thank you Jan for hospitality!

We had a wonderful time at Jan's place. The garden with natural pool are laid out with great effort and care and prepare a unique experience in quiet nature. This place is excellent for just unwinding for a few days and experiencing the beautiful hinterland of the Algarve. Thank you!

Hard not to fall in love with this place. Everything one could dream of. It’s a very relaxed environment with two very cool humans, whom which have built a little town of their own if you don’t say! We were lucky enough to have a little tour of the place, hear about how it all started. Went horseback riding with Chris which was incredo. Swam in the pond, sat in the sauna but mostly just enjoyed the view. And hung out with the doggos. Thank you. Will definitely come again when I return to Portugal.

What a special place! In the mountains and so beautiful. Jacqueline and her family were really nice and generous with their time. Definitely would come back again.
