Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Queenstown Hill

Was a great property to stay with multiple families. Had a birthday lunch and the kitchen was well equipped to handle it. Had some minor issue with the wifi connection for the tv but didn’t hinder the stay. Well recommended.

Our stay couldn’t have been better. What a beautiful space. We felt right at home and always loved coming back to the fireplace each night. It was honestly like a dream waking up each morning. Our daughter loved visits from Cookie too. We can’t wait to visit again.

This crib is all about the view which is clearly spectacular. No other reviews have referenced the property’s layout which I will do here - not as a criticism, but as an observation so that folks can take same into consideration. The property has 2 bedrooms - however they are effectively joined (wth a small ante room in between) meaning that the second bedroom can only be accessed via the first bedroom. This arrangement is certainly noted in the property description; however it’s not apparent from the photos. Folks may need to take this arrangement into account, depending on who they’re sharing with, noting that the occupant of the second bedroom needs to pass through the first bedroom to access the bathroom. Incredible house with the most amazing views. The fantastic floor plan was perfect for our large group, comfortable beds and great shower pressure. Sally is a super thoughtful and responsive host and even had ballons and welcome treats for a birthday celebration. 10 minute walk to town was very convenient. Highly reccomend and would stay again.

Ina’s place was absolutely incredible - so close to Frankton and Queenstown and was the perfect home base for our holiday. I can’t recommend their place enough if you’re coming to stay in Queenstown. Ina was very responsive and gave some amazing local recommendations. A+++

The view from Paul and Cat’s home was out of this world. Every morning we were greeted with a view that is straight out of a postcard. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Paul and Cat were very helpful and prompt in their communications. We enjoyed our stay here!

My second time here and even better than the first! Can’t beat the location—peaceful, incredible views, and minutes away from Queenstown and some great hikes. Everything you could need in house for a relaxing stay! But what really makes the WOW in WOW house is Juliet, the most amazing, friendly host! Great recommendations, wonderful to talk to, and so incredibly gracious and helpful! Thank you, Juliet! I’ll be back!

Our family of 9 loved staying at Michael’s place. It is quite unique and the view spectacular! The house has such an interesting history. There are 3 living areas so we could spread out. The house was very well equiped. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The billiards table and table tennis table offered great entertainment. The location was perfect for us, close to the airport, shopping centres and bike trails. The huge garage accommodated our 9 bikes and there was ample parking for our 3 cars. It was absolutely perfect for us.

Loved the place. It was exactly as described and better than I could imagine. Everything was easy and smooth. Lyndal is always there to help you with anything. Overall, great way to make our Queenstown trip memorable.

We loved Sarah’s place. Spacious, well equipped, comfortable and everything as described. The one element exceeding expectations was the view, just incredible. We used a hire car to get into the centre of town and do day trips which worked well for us. We did five days and would be keen to come back here for more.

Friendly and fast response host, house described as per listing. Clean and spacious. Surrounding quiet and peaceful. We are happy to stayed there 4nights, will visit again on next trip thank you Ray. ☺️

Love the ambience, incredible and convenient location with stunning views. The place was super cozy and had a very homey vibe. Toilet floors are heated which is something that we did not know we needed haha - mind blowing. This airbnb blew our expectations out of the water.

Perfect home base for exploring Queenstown. Walking distance to the Onsen Pools and great food options. Porch has great views of the Shot Over River and the surrounding area. Super spacious and comfortable!

Adrian , thank you. I am always nervous when I am travelling out side the country and with kids. But having your place made us feel like I never left home and allowed us to enjoy New Zealand free from worries. I will recommend Adrian place to anyone so you can feel like you are at home but in New Zealand. We will God willing come back and try to stay here again if it’s available. Love it.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the property. The location was convenient to shops and restaurants in Queenstown. The views are exceptional. The home was comfortable, spacious, and well appointed. A great place from which to enjoy all the activities that the area offers. We would love to stay here again!

One of the best places to stay on the outskirts of Queenstown. Located in the beautiful Arthurs Point, this apartment was perfect for what we were after. It was quiet, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had an incredible view over the Shotover river, while being only 10 minutes from the centre of QT. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and cannot recommend this place enough!

Clean, cosy and conveniently located. Would happily stay again.
