Vacation rentals with lake access in Queenstown Hill

Beautiful apartment! Very clean looks just like the pictures. Can’t get enough of the views! Had everything we needed down to kitchen utensils and heater. Roughly 5 mins drive to the city. David is also very responsive and checked in on us which was nice. The only downsides I would say are the stairs to get to the apartment, more so only on check in and out days with heavy luggage, but we were very well aware of that prior to booking. Also the driveway is a bit tricky but still overall 5 stars. My partner and I enjoyed staying there.

We had an amazing stay! The lake view from our place was absolutely stunning. The location was super convenient—so close to the airport and major supermarkets like Pack’n Save. Check-in and check-out were the easiest we’ve ever experienced. The interior was beautifully designed and made our stay feel extra special. We spent three nights here during my dad’s 60th birthday trip, and my parents loved it so much that we’re already talking about coming back. Everything was spectacular!

The apartment is just of everything that I need with the gorgeous scene and decoration just a perfect spot in Queenstown. Tidy and clean with lovely transparent roof for star seeing. Teresa is friendly with instantly reply and I have an excellent stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! Its prime location, just minutes from the CBD, made it incredibly convenient. The host was responsive and friendly, providing clear communication. Overall, our stay was delightful, and we’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a happy, hassle-free getaway!

Great location Beautiful view Clean, comfortable beds, soft towels, comfy couch. Overall was really nice. Only suggestion would be to improve what’s available in the kitchen eg a pair of tongs, a strainer, some oil, cling wrap, foil. Kitchen was extremely limited to be able to cook a simple meal eg pasta. No foil to line oven trays. No way to cover leftovers. No hand soap in the kitchen. A few more basic items would give this place 5 stars. Overall 4.5

The absolutely breathtaking views, just a few minutes' walk to Queenstown center. Deborah provided lots of helpful information. The room was well-equipped and incredibly cozy — I’d choose it again next time. Highly recommended!

Great views of Lake Wakatipu! Away from the business of the downtown area, but can easily access the downtown by car or bus. The bus stop is right at the end of the street. Not much room in the bedroom for your luggage but plenty of room in the living room and kitchen to spread out your things. Occasionally you can hear movement from the upstairs unit but it is brief and otherwise a quiet location.

Just like the photos with a lovely new bathroom. Very warm and comfy beds. Perfect location from the airport and from Queenstown. The hosts were very proactive with our needs and really helpful. Thank you for having us

My partner and I spent a few days here for our first trip to Queenstown and it was absolutely perfect, we loved our stay! The apartment itself is tidy and cosy and the view of the lake is beautiful and even better than the photos 😍 Kirsty was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed as well as providing some great local recommendations including a scenic walk into town, which we loved doing every day. We would stay here again and 100% recommend!

We had the most incredible stay at Victoria’s space! The smell from the fresh florals was such a unique and wonderful touch. The space was designed so well and the views of the mountains and the lake are just breath taking. It’s across the street from the most incredible restaurant that Victoria suggested (The Sherwood) and we ended up going back 2 nights in a row to try everything on the menu. The proximity from town is great, you can walk if you are feeling like some exercise or it’s a quick 5 min drive/ uber. We also enjoyed an afternoon swimming off the dock in the refreshing waters of the lake. I cannot recommend this stay enough!

We really appreciated having a clean, convenient space for our 2 night get away to the city. We are from the states staying in Twizel but wanted to come to the city for a few nights. The place was perfect with all the amenities. Great for kids. Loved the balcony views! Can’t beat it!

We loved our time here. Each night it felt like we were coming back home. It was so easy to relax after a day exploring. We chose this location because it fit well into our itinerary and we are so glad that we did.

You couldn’t ask for a nicer little place, it was sparkling, clean very comfortable and perfect location for my needs. I would recommend Judith’s place every time. Communication was easy and very quick check in no problem at all. Check out same way cheers, Richard.

Excellent cottage! Beautiful courtyard, nice view and quite. There is a red folder provide all information including home appliances manual. Welcome cookie and warmfirplace have been set up before arrived. Highly recommend for all Airbnb user!

10/10, Central, lovely home and great hosts

Lovely place with an incredible view! So spacious and everything was clean and as described. Felt like home away from home. Very close to nearby cycling track. Could easily cycle into town in 5 minutes.
