The farmhouse was beautiful! It was quiet and peaceful. Kevin was a great host! We definitely plan to stay here again when we are back in the area!

Cannot say enough about the view - beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We all enjoyed our stay and found it very relaxing. It is convenient to town which made it easy to purchase our groceries and other sundries. All in all a nice spot to hold our annual family gathering.

This was our second time at Leone's beautiful spot on the Chester River and it did not disappoint! It's such a beautiful place and beautiful location -- we absolutely love it!! Thank you Leone!!!

We walked in and felt at home. The space is open and bright with great nature views front and back. Every possible amenity is provided from gorgeous homemade quilts, many towels and pillows, to abundant paper products. Kitchen has everything (I have serious sink envy over that huge farmhouse stainless steel sink!). We spent a lot of time in the living room in the morning and the sunroom in the afternoon sun. Where ever you look, you have birds, deer, wild turkey and even the resident ground hog. At bedtime, you are in for a treat with the comfy mattresses, soft linens and did I mention the quilts? Not only are they art in and of themselves but snuggling up in one is luxury! The ambiance is excellent but what made our stay gold star worthy was our hosts- so easy to work with on check in/out, they made the time to personally do a meet and greet with us and- upon request we got to spend time with Burton the cat! They personify why Airbnb stays are bridges to meeting new friends.

As others have said, beautiful and spacious house with stunning views on the water! The house was clean, kitchen filled with all the tools for cooking (even things like wax paper, aluminum foil, all the spices you could think of, etc.), and we loved the ping pong table in the garage. The grounds were super peaceful and fun to walk around. We came in November so the pool was covered, but it was great to go out on the dock and kayak on the water. Not sure if it was the cold or not, but on some of the doors, the deadbolt was a little sticky and difficult to turn, so we just avoided these doors throughout our stay. We would love to come back in the summer time/when the weather is warmer to enjoy the pool! Also very much appreciated that we could bring our dog.

The house was comfortable, clean and quiet. It was exactly what I was looking for to participate in a nearby competition. There were minor issues that the host addressed quickly and we got back to our vacation. Would stay here again.

This was a perfect stay from start to finish! Vicki quickly provided thoughtful answers to several questions I had before booking. Once we booked, she quickly followed up with details for our stay and abundant recommendations. Check-in was a breeze and the space was exactly as described. The space is inviting and comfortable, and my wife and I loved the abundant windows and well-appointed kitchen. We stayed during recent cold and snowy weather, and the space stayed cozy thanks to the gas fireplace, electric fireplace, and warm blankets throughout the space! We equally loved all the recommendations we tried and the local stops we made on our own. A sunset at the beach here must be seen to be believed!! We will be back!

This rental is a total gem! Think of the standard expectation for a good rental, then level up. That's what they did for every detail. They somehow managed to have everything you need to feel comfortable, but had zero clutter. It felt like they really wanted us to have an enjoyable experience. The house is any easy bike ride to Rock Hall's charming downtown and a quick walk to Watermans Crab House, which has many delicious offerings and gorgeous outdoor dining. Rock Hall itself is pretty remote. They have several good restaurants and a decent grocery market, which is more than can be said for most of the other towns in this area. If you're looking to be off the beaten path, you'll love it here.

We loved our stay at Molly's air B &B. there were lots of toys to use on the river. The water views from the house were fantastic. The house was clean and comfortable. We loved taking a dip in the pool. Great communication with the host.

We loved our stay at the cottage. Everything was clean and well maintained inside and out. We especially loved the gorgeous surroundings. The property was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed daily swims in the pool and time at the dock. Robert was a wonderful host and made everything very clear and easy as well as was easy to communicate with. We couldn't have asked for a better get away. Chestertown is adorable and fun to check out. We hope to return in the future.

The Creek Cottage at RCF is nothing less than amazing. This is the perfect getaway for privacy, peace and nature. We saw deer, foxes, fish, birds and tons of butterflies. The scenery is so beautiful and serene. The house was just enough space for the 5 of us and our dog - who loved sitting on the enclosed porch to watch us at the pool. The pool was perfect, the river was beautiful and it was nice to just sit and watch the scenery. Bryan, the property manager, was also great and suggested we try out the Crab Shack in Easton - these were the best crabs at a price we couldn’t believe (we got a bushel)! The first floor is fully accessible for those with special needs, but note that the bed sits high so a step stool may be needed. Also, beware of the horse flies - they can be pretty aggressive and intimidating, but we found ways to manage. We certainly loved our family staycation at the Creek Cottage and would love to come back in the future!

Been coming to Chestertown for the last 7 years and this one of the best spots. Perfect location on the river with awesome views from the sun room. Will certainly be back!

This property has a breathtakingly beautiful view of the water that has a fully fenced in yard…so you don’t have to worry about little ones getting into the water. The master bedroom and master bath was amazing. My extended family and I traveled from 4 different states to stay at this property and all of us were comfortable. The house had plenty of spaces to kit be on top of each other. I highly recommend booking this property. The host is very responsive and helpful. I will keep this property in mind for future stays.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The Bay was across the street. There were many extra Amenities available to us on the grounds. The house was in a perfect location, very well maintained, fully equipped, very cozy, and within walking distance to everything. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Megan was the perfect host. She was very welcoming, friendly, warm, and responsive. Everything went smoothly and was exactly how she said that it would be. There were no unexpected surprises. We can't wait to go back!

Jenny was a great host. She provided proactive and responsive communications and made our stay easy. Everything was clean and in great condition, and there was plenty of space both inside and around the broader property, a perfect escape for the holidays for my family and my brother’s. The place is infant/toddler and dog friendly. We also appreciated the late checkout, not a necessity but a rare, appreciated convenience. We would definitely look to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place. Our extended family and dogs thoroughly enjoyed the private and peaceful location. Bobs place was provisioned very well. We appreciated the numerous coffee cups, wine glasses, etc. it felt very much like staying with family. Lovely art throughout too.

Camiel was great, the house is super for a large family as there are 4 good size bedrooms. This house is not for anyone with problems doing stairs, all the bedrooms are up at least one flight. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe and the house is walking distance to groceries, ice cream, chinese and a local hangout called Broadneck Grill. Homemade amazing desserts and excellent food. The listing says someone lives in the basement, but there is no access to the basement from the main house so its a non issue. I will definitely rent here again next year.

The houseboat was everything and more than the description. If you are looking for a great winter get away this is a perfect place to go to. You can kick back and relax or stay busy shopping and seeing the historical towns in the are. St Michaels and Easton are a short ride away. The restaurants are very good no matter what price range you are looking for. The shopping is great with many interesting small shops. I will certainly be back to the houseboat later this year.

This is one of a couple Airbnb's we've stayed at that felt like it truly lived up to the photos! It is probably one of the modest houses in a spaced out neighborhood of waterfront homes. We wanted peace and quiet and *NOT* hotel life. This home met our needs wonderfully! The host is a company, and they are super well organized. The place was spotless and included binders of instructions for the property, plus local tips and recommendations. Responses to small questions we had were prompt through the Airbnb app. They are thorough about disposing of food from other guests, so expect to find only spices in the spice rack, and bring everything else. We enjoyed a generous number of K-Cups for coffee. We took advantage of the deck, screened porch, gas grill and gas outdoor fire pit. We spent time on the Cross Island Trail, and enjoyed a round at Queenstown Harbor Golf. One item to note; the dock is beautiful, but there is no obvious water access if you brought your own kayak, etc.

This was the perfect location to get some rest and relaxation. It was beautiful with big views of the Bay. Bird and boat watching while sipping wine on the patio. The house was lovely with gorgeous plantings. The welcome treats were a nice surprise. Our dogs loved swimming and running in the yard. Great amenities and a very clean house. Fun restaurants in town which had a Key Westesque feel to it. We hope to be back again.

Shari’s cottage is cute as a button! It’s a 3-4 minute walk from restaurants (some of which are dog friendly which we loved). The space is cozy and peaceful. We loved the historic charm while having all of the amenities we needed. We also traveled with our pup which is such a blessing. Shari has thought of everything; bottled water, coffee, snacks, extra toiletries. We’re sad we didn’t get to stay longer but we would absolutely book here again. Highly recommend!

This boat was the absolute best for snuggling up with a warm drink on the bow and watching the sunset. The Marina restaurant was tasty and the little downtown just minutes away offered a good outing. Perfect for a weekend couples getaway!

We spent Labor Day weekend here and loved it! The house is right on the river which made for a beautiful morning sunrise and we took advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards available with our rental. We also enjoyed the fire pit at night. Our two boys (13 and 15) loved being able to fish right off the dock in the backyard. They caught spot, catfish, and tiny eels. The town of Chestertown was cute and we enjoyed breakfast at Modern Stone Aged Kitchen and lunch at Stam’s. Highly recommend this airbnb!
