Vacation rentals with beach access in Queen Anne's County

Deborah was a great host! Very communicative and helpful when we had questions. The contactless checkin could not have been easier. The place was super clean and had the things you need to be comfortable. We loved that it was right in town and very walkable to restaurants, grocery store, West Marine and the hardware store. It’s the perfect spot for boat cruisers who have a boat on the hard and can’t live aboard while doing the work.

The Eastern Shore is full of wonderful places to stay and visit, but this spot is at the top of the list. While I was mostly visiting friends and family in nearby Easton, this was by far more affordable than any hotel stay in that area, with much better amenities. Quiet and peaceful with pristine surroundings. I would be happy to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, exactly as described, and in a great location on Kent Island. Easy access to rest of MD. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

First of all they were excellent host. We are very big on hospitality and if we had to grade them on a 1-10 scale I would rate them a 20. Beautiful home made me and my family felt welcomed. If we needed anything or had any questions they instantly responded. Most of all the nice big beautiful hot tub is what I would have to say we enjoyed the most. Being that we’re only a little under a hour away we will be back.

Curtis was a wonderful host -- super responsive when we had questions, made certain we arrived safely and securely, had the house spotless on arrival and really took care to make us as comfortable as possible. Sleeping was a dream -- new mattresses and the freshest linens. Rock Hall is lovely, quiet bayside town for a real getaway, and an easy drive to other spots on the Eastern Shore.

Stayed here for a wedding at Kent Island resort. Location was great for the wedding - only about 5 minutes away from the venue and 15 minutes away from nightlife. The house had great character and charm. Definitely enjoyed our time here!

Our family had a lovely Thanksgiving stay at Martha’s Airbnb. The house was well-designed, the location was convenient, and we enjoyed the games in the basement and the beautiful views. The pizza oven was a fun touch, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a great Thanksgiving meal. We also appreciated the nearby nature preserve and had fun playing Catan and putting some jigsaw puzzles together. Martha was very accommodating, even letting us extend our stay briefly when we ran into an issue unlocking our car. It was a great experience overall, and we’d definitely recommend her place.

This little cottage had my family feel right at home. Very cozy and close to the bay with a beautiful view. Also the neighbors are very friendly!

We had a great time at Justin's place! We were 2 families with 5 small kids getting out of DC for the holiday weekend, and Justin's place gave us just what we needed. The kids had a great time playing in the downstairs playroom, making snowmen in the big backyard, playing with the puzzles and games, and walking across the street to see the frozen water. The house had everything we needed, and we hope to go back in warmer weather to take advantage of the beach access! Justin was a fantastic host - super communicative, responsive and understanding (like I said, 5 small kids :) - he even came to the house late the first night to drop off extra crib sheets for the pack and play! And the location was great - a quiet street, near the water, but also super close to a shopping center that had everything we needed (grocery store, pizza shop, liquor store), and just 15 minutes to all the places we wanted to go. We had a great time!

Our stay at this location was a 10/10 experience. Shelley was an AMAZING, kindhearted, and friendly host. I had this airbnb for my getting ready bridal suite and Shelley was the sweetest host! She even gifted us champagne in celebration. The location is BEAUTIFUL and I would absolutely recommend this place to all.

Fair price for a comfortable and well-equipped home with many amenities. Love the extra special welcoming atmosphere. I was greeted with soft music, lights and delicious wine, cheese board and chocolates! What a special touch!
