A cozy house in a great environment. You can relax there, but also lots of things to do.

I don't even know where to start raving. This house was wonderful, stylish, thoughtful, cozy and practical at the same time, the location on the edge of the forest perfect as a starting point for a night hike with our child, and also otherwise a central starting point for many excursions. The garden is a great place to relax and unwind after the hikes. Christina is super nice and a great hostess, the house is furnished and equipped with everything it needs. The kitchen is super equipped for cooking and eating together. The children's room is cozy and cuddly. We will be happy to come back if we continue to discover the Harz Mountains on the next tour. Thank you very much dear Christina.

We had a great time in Rieder/Ballenstedt. Michael is a great landlord who instructed us. The house is just great !! Super clean, new very comfortable mattresses, nicely decorated and just very cozy. A beautiful view of the valley, we had great sunsets and mega views of the starry sky. The area invites you to hikes and bike rides. Just below the house, an old railway line has been converted into a bike path. So the tourist tax is well laid out 👍🏻 What didn't work quite so well was the communication with the management company Belvilla. We arrived with several people and dog at different times. Unfortunately, Belvilla was not able to count that apart, despite the email and phone call. Luckily, Michael took care of that for us. We will be happy to come back!

Everything went great! Good communication! The house is even more modern than it is shown on the pictures. The floor is new on all floors! The linens too! And there were even towels even though this was not stated. In the kitchen there was everything you needed.

Very good accommodation for large groups, especially if a few beds remain free and the through room with bathroom is available to everyone. Great scenery and little things to discover in the area. Definitely recommended!

We had a very nice holiday with our children and grandchildren. There's everything you need in the house. The evenings by the fireplace were very cozy. Unfortunately, we were no longer able to use the property in October, but it is really very nice. The village is idyllically located in the valley and you can do a lot, the hiking trails start right in the village.

The place was not super modern, but really clean. the large room was great for eating or playing together as a large group. From the house there are a few smaller hiking routes. Everything else is quickly accessible by car. (playgrounds, swimming pool, hiking routes...) All in all, we were very satisfied.

We had a really good time.. The place is quiet and the air we add .. The house is beautiful and identical to the pictures.. Karen responsive host.. Baths were lacking soap .. The nearest supermarket is about 20 minutes away in the car .. And I want to draw attention: At check-in, I paid an extra amount ( for tickets ). The official said that we had to pay this because we were vacationing here .. And I received bus tickets from him even though we didn't need them, we came in the car .. already paid for the tickets and we didn't use them. This was the only thing annoying about vacation.

Very attentive and nice landlady, helpful with tests, ideal accommodation for larger group or also family, perfect equipment with swimming pool and sauna even for worse weather. "Definitely again"

The communication and helpfulness of the hosts was really extraordinary! The apartment is perfectly equipped, the beds comfortable, the location great. We had an all-around perfect time! Thank you for the hospitality!
