Everything was good, the access control beeper wasn't there so you have to call on the intercom every time you enter or leave the apartment. It has a lot of surveillance at night and is safe for the family. The kitchen is equipped with everything, coffee maker, blender, utensils etc, super comfortable

Vincent went out of his way to help us with recommendations and even brought over some books for us to read. He was flexible and kind and we very much appreciated his help as well as his very capable staff. Someone met us at the Amigo supermarket and led us to the condo. They were all great.

We had a relaxing stay with lots of options for activities around us. Before we arrived, we received recommendations from the host. The area is quite residential, and the neighbors were kind. There is a bit of noise from animals and such, but Alisha provided ear plugs. The noise didn’t bother us, and there are fans for white noise. One of our activities ran longer than planned, and Alisha was very understanding about a slightly late checkout. Will come back if we’re in the area again!

I have read the reviews for this property and initially thought omg this place if going to be on a really bad neighborhood and was scared. As soon as we arrived to the Fajardo area we felt at home. There is a Walmart less than 10 minutes away gas stations and grocery stores super close. The beach and our favorite restaurants all within 10-15 minutes from the property. I don’t remember seeing two additional bedrooms in the pictures and was thrilled to see the extra rooms for family in the future. The bathroom and kitchen were modern and there was ac in every bedroom. The kitchen and living room area were a little warm but if you turn the ac’s on and leave the bedroom doors open for a few hours it’ll cool down. The garage is definitely a plus especially if you have a rental car. There were beach coolers, mini surf boards and chairs. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and things to cook with. Although Puerto Rico is not safe to travel at night my fiancé and I left and came home late and felt safe. Definitely recommend this for everyone. Thank you Amarilys your home is great.
