Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

We had a wonderful stay! Vanessa was especially helpful with getting us checked in and oriented to the condo/building. She also went really above and beyond to check in on us and make sure we had all we needed. Location is fantastic. Pool and beach never crowded. Short walk to the neighboring resort, if you want to use their amenities. Parking on site. Close to El Yunque. Short drive to San Juan, Luquillo, and Fajardo. Highly recommended!

It was a great place to stay for a few days before our cruise. Absolutely beautiful views! Great amenities in the condo. The property was a bit confusing and our driver couldn’t find “cluster 2” and we had to ask a few people for directions. Also hard to get any food delivered. We walked to the main hotel (through the golf course) and ate there. Food was great, but expensive!

We had a great time at Lydia’s place. We had plenty of space, it was very clean, golf cart was great addition, and great views! The king bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back !

This place was great! Tony was a very helpful host, anytime I needed anything or had questions he responded quickly. It was clean, had a beautiful view and lots of great restaurants right next door. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Fajardo!

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

Paradise! There were extra sheets, pillows and blankets and an airmatress, which worked out perfect for our family of 4.

We had a great time on our first visit to Puerto Rico. Jorge is an amazing host. He greeted us upon arrival and was responsive and attentive to all communications. Beach had some debris but that may be expected. Water was beautiful.

Great location with great space. The apartment is huge with private parking and all the amenities needed. I will be back!

Beautiful and safe place! Great for larger groups as there is ample seating with a larger dining table and patio, washer and dryer in unit which was helpful with a toddler, beach accessories, games, kitchen essentials, gated community. Host was very responsive, friendly and communicated proactively.

The apartment was exactly as described: clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 100% would stay at Patty's place again! Immediately we all were struck by the cleanliness and beauty. The patio directly overlooks the ocean and the breeze it creates is stunning. Patty was incredibly responsive and super friendly, with excellent recommendations, you feel her love for Puerto Rico immediately. Everything we needed was there! (boogie boards, beach blankets, bags, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and more). Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We felt very safe walking around, everyone we met was super nice and had a great vibe - same with security guards. Driving from airport was easy (we had been nervous for it, but no need) the couple streets into the condo were very narrow but not busy, so easily manageable. Drive to El Yunque was also much easier than we anticipated - as well as drive to Fajardo for Hacienda Chocolat tour and separately our snorkeling excursion to Icaco Island. Thank you Patty for an amazing week of memories.

This is the best spot on the island and Bertha is the best host. We always feel so welcome and the location could not be better: literally on the water, you can walk miles of beach from the house (at low tide). You can walk to the kioskos, and you are close to El Yunque and OSJ. All your cares melt away when you are laying on the hammock listening to the waves.

A wonderful place to enjoy with family and/or friends. The house is well-equipped and has plenty of room for everyone to find private spots as well as to enjoy each other’s company. The ocean views, the pool, and the privacy added to making it an ideal rental!

The photos do not do this airbnb justice - you just have to experience it for yourself! We spent every evening sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. The AC in the bedroom made it very comfortable to sleep. The location is perfect - 15 minutes to Luquillo, 20 minutes to El Yunque, and across the street from the marina for excursions. It is a very easy drive from San Juan. Definitely recommend!

The house is very clean , equipped and in a quiet place.

My stay at the cozy apt was lovely and romantic and honestly was the perfect location for a relaxing Fajardo Puerto Rico trip! Gabriel kept in great contact once we arrived and I would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay. The communication was great and Gisselle walked us through any issues we had. The property is well spread out and our family of 6 had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was extremely clean. The balcony is massive. It has two furniture sets which allowed us to enjoy delicious PuertoRican coffee in view of distant islands of Vieques and Culebra. Our kids loved spending time at all 3 swimming pools. The location was a great place to be a hub. We visited Old San Juan, and about 30 min to El Yunque and Cieba ( ferry to Vieques & Culebra). The apartment was cool with AC in every room and ceiling fans. I HIGHLY recommend this apartment! Thank you Gisselle for making g our visit to Puerto Rico memorable! ❤️ 🇵🇷

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment at the Pena Mar complex. The apartment was spacious with lots of communal spaces on the main floor (indoor and outdoor dining tables & couches) and top floor (TV area, outdoor lounging & dining). The rooms were also spacious with room around each bed, including plenty of space to put or toddler's inflatable bed. Also, the kitchen was well stocked with ceramic & plastic plates (great for the littles), a rice cooker, and lots of pots and pans. Outside of the apartment, our kids loved the pools, including a shallow portion of the main pool and of course, the fast slide! We would recommend this apartment. The only negative was that upon arrival the lockbox was broken so we could not get the keys. The manager was proactive and had the security guard let us in while also sending someone to retrieve the keys, which we received about 90 minutes after our arrival. I don't think this is recurring and should only be a one off, but its out experience.
