The building is in a good location, in front of the beach, close to restaurants, casinos and nightclubs, super safe and well maintained. As for the apartment, I liked it quite a bit. It's large, well-equipped and clean. I was able to make use of all the facilities, such as swimming pools and a gazebo.

We spent some spectacular days in the apartment, I recommend Solange 100%, she was always attentive to our calls and willing to resolve any issue related to our stay. Thank you very much for everything. Surely if we return to La Serena we will contact you again.

Excellent location, amenities and friendliness of the people who work in the remarkable building. The host is 10 out of 10 Rich pool, easy access beach, casino nearby and restaurants within easy reach.

A sandy beach is framed by gentle waves lapping at the shore, with a calm sea stretching into the horizon. Low vegetation is visible in the foreground, and a distant shoreline with hills can be seen in the background beneath a partly cloudy sky.

Excellent apartment if you are looking to rest on vacation, clean and organized and close to the beach, Joaquin is an excellent host, concerned and with quick answers, just as a note maybe put cable TV since the satellite signal did not work at certain times and a microwave since there was no other option to heat than with the pot, but by far the best thing is that it has a washing machine and oven. Definitely an excellent place to stay.

Family house just steps from the beach!

Fran was a great host. Loved the place, it was comfortable for our large family. Close to the beach, shops and small convenient stores in case you need something quick.

The entrance of the condominium is marked by a solid, white wall with clear signage. A gated entryway is visible, leading into a parking area that accommodates bicycles. Lush greenery and flowering plants frame the scene, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere.
