Beautiful quiet and comfortable place as in the photos overlooking the river, we were there for work, we will go back!

Melissa Marie’s place was perfect for what we needed. We received quick response to questions. Clear instructions to fine it and to enter. Everything worked well for us.

Beautiful, clean, spacious, well equipped, has comfy beds and is dog friendly. Make sure to bring coffee, salt and pepper, oil, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towel and a hair dryer. We enjoyed the ice rink and outdoor hot tub and some snow shoe paths on the property. It's only a 20 min drive to the Bracebridge forest management centre which has well groomed cross country and snow shoe trails, no charge. We enjoyed our stay.

Sarah was on top of all communications from the minute we started booking. She quickly answered all our questions. When we arrived, we were blown away by the amazing welcome we had! She had stocked the home with lots of delicious snacks and coffee and all the things you usually need to immediately go out and buy. Sarah’s home had loads of towels and extra pillows and blankets. The house is very comfortable and truly felt like home. We had everything we needed to make our stay absolutely perfect. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well as were the pillows - which is super appreciated! The bathrooms were stocked with all sorts of shampoos, soaps, lotions and shave cream as well!

We stayed at Dean’s place for a family vacation. It was the perfect venue for our holiday and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay memorable and amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a private spot on the island with beautiful surroundings and great amenities. The entire place was absolutely spotless and well maintained. Dean was an exceptional host and greeted us on the first day to show us around and answer any questions we had about the property. What a beautiful and clean house! We visited in April, so I can only imagine how beautiful it is in the summer. The house is as in the pictures, and was squeaky clean! It was also very spacious and can easily accommodate a large family. The house has beautiful views and very sunny. One of the showers was leaky when used and water was getting into the bedroom downstairs but host was communicative. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it to others!

Great accommodation for big group. The kitchen is so well equipped, we had everything we needed. It’s great that every bedroom has their own bathroom, it makes it so much more private for everyone. Everyone had an amazing time including the dogs and the baby. Thank you!

A grandiose and very luxurious cottage! Very well equipped and with lots of space, lots of space for a group of 14 . I highly recommend and very useful the very large entrance and storage for those who ski in winter! The host was perfect and responded quickly at all times . I would highly recommend it!

We’re very thankful to our host for everything he did to make our stay comfortable. He was quick to respond and always so thoughtful. When one of our friends got sick very late at night, he brought us medicine, which we really appreciated. Even on New Year’s Eve, he came over to fix the dishwasher with no hesitation. Dave and Clara provide a lovely clean home for your stay. We were winter renters so we did not get to experience the pool. The location was perfect for 7 of us to be close to the city for the holidays.

Wonderful weekend ! Had the absolute pleasure of staying in the Manor for a few nights to celebrate my brothers 70th birthday. Although we were a small group, the Manor can accommodate large groups with its multiple spotless bedrooms and bathrooms. Amazing amenities, the pool and sauna were an immense hit. Pierre-Marc and Alex were very easy to deal with and the guidebook app was extremely detailed and helpful Highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future Gros merci !

Beautiful water views and great central location! Hot tub and fireplace were a welcome addition given the chilly, rainy weather the first few days. Stunning hikes in many directions 30-120mins away. House was well-used compared to the photos but well-equipped and laid out.

Very responsive and accommodating hosts! Villa is as advertised, the property worked really well for us as we were with a wedding with multiple others staying at the resort. It’s a short drive to lots of beaches and restaurants.

This place is exceptional. We had a great time during our stay. House is nice, clean and spacious. Our host Zhan deserves more than five stars. He went above and beyond making everything smooth and easy for us. We'll be back for sure. 😊

The house was very easy to find, close to a variety of restaurants and shopping. The house was equipped with everything you would need. We will definitely try to book again
