Vacation rentals with a patio in Quebec City Area

We had an excellent stay at this lovely apartment. It was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for making our meals. The proximity to amenities was great, and having the garage was definitely a plus. We would stay here again, and would recommend it to others!

Francois's place was great! It was the perfect home away from home in Quebec for our family of eight. The place was neat, tidy, spacious, and complete with just about everything we needed. It was also walkable from nearby restaurants, parks, and attractions. Francois was super responsive and helpful althroughout our vacation. Will definitely consider booking the place again!

Enjoyed our stay. The apartment is comfortable and exactly as described. Having parking was a great feature. We were able to park our car and use transit for exploring within Quebec City but still have access to our vehicle to explore neighbouring sites. the apartment has everything you need to be comfortable for a short or long stay. Phillips was proactive with information and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Nous étions un groupe et nous avons adoré ce logement du tout au tout! Très très beau la finition est super belle. Belle cuisine propre belle grande chambre des maîtres. La piscine et le patio sont très bien aussi. Très proche du centre ville avec les restaurants et bar. Facile d’accès et facile de faire le check in soit même à l’heure qu’on le souhaite (nous arrivions très tard) Nous cherchions la lumière de la piscine pour se baigner en soirée nous l’avons cherché partout sans succès. J’ai donc écrit à l’hôte et après 24 h sans réponse je l’ai relancé sans avoir la réponse ça serait mon point à améliorer car la piscine est un gros point vendeur de ce logement ! Mais au final ce n’est qu’un détail nous avons adoré et c’était magnifique nous le recommanderons et reviendrons avec plaisir !! Merci

One of our favorite Airbnb spots. Very clean, well laidout, well equipped. Nice safe neighborhood, great for walking. We would definitely stay here again.

De bedden waren heerlijk! Perfect appartement om met collega’s te verblijven voor een congres. Jammer dat het weer zo slecht was dat we niet van de twee dakterrassen gebruik hebben kunnen maken. Die zijn namelijk geweldig.

It’s a beautiful place yo stay. You will find a supermarket two minutes away from the place. It’s 8 minutes away from Montmorency Falls and 12 minutes from Old Quebec . Clean and with all the amenities to have a great trip.

Clean space as described within walking distance to all Quebec City attractions. Parking spot is small so we opted to leave the car in the garage and take Ubers or walk to the Old City. I think overall good value compared to staying in a hotel, however be aware there is a homeless shelter one block away where a number of homeless people are milling about on the sidewalk so walking home at night from the wrong direction was a little sketchy. Not a problem for four adults but not ideal if traveling with small children in my opinion.

Absolutely gorgeous house with beautiful surroundings! Looking out over the river from the toasty and clean hot tub was such a treat! If you need foods, the microbrewery in St. Paul has delicious smoked meat poutine and French onion soup!

Le chalet était au delà de mes attentes.. Tout est parfait j’y retournerai sans problème. J’ai fais quelques chalet dans la région et c’est de loin mon préféré L’hôte est très accessible en tout temps Que du positif Merci !!!

Moi et mon chum avons adoré notre petite fin de semaine dans ce chalet, très propre, et chaleureux. Super intime et tranquille au milieu de la nature, beaucoup d’oiseaux et d’espaces verts. Parfait pour décrocher!

Magnifique !! La maison ainsi que l’espace extérieur étaient parfaitement adaptés à nos besoins comme nous voyageons avec nos deux chiens de bergers. La cuisine est bien équipée et confortable pour 4 personnes adultes. Les photos ainsi que la description sont tel que promis. L’hôte est sympathique et rapide à répondre à nos questions. L’accès à la rivière et la proximité des sentiers pédestres sont un plus !! Nous recommandons vivement :)

Séjour parfait en toute tranquillité, le chalet est magnifique ce fut décevant de devoir le quitter à la fin du séjour !

C’était très bien. Ce serait toutefois une bonne idée de fermer l’appareil qui fabrique la glace …

This was our first stay on the island and staying at Veronique’s home was an absolute dream! Her home is simply stunning, the home itself is beautiful and so is the view! Veronique’s home was a perfect place to stay to explore the island and Quebec City and I would recommend it to anyone that is going to stay on the island. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment, it had everything we needed and a huge bonus to have a washer/dryer and also a parking space. Very clean and well appointed. We had a great 5 days in Quebec City - walking tour, lovely dinners and really enjoyed all of the beer and bars locally in St Roch. A great place to stay!

Excellent séjour dans ce magnifique appartement! Les murs de pierre sont magnifiques! Les matelas et les draps et couvertures sont très confortables! C’est rénové avec des matériaux de très grande qualité! C’est très propre! Et il y avait toutes les commodités annoncées. Nous avons adoré notre séjour! Excellents restaurants à courte distance à pieds. Très proche de l’eau. Tout le vieux Québec se fait à pieds de là et sans avoir à prendre la voiture c’est merveilleux! Il y a des marches à monter oui mais pas 2 paliers, mais plutôt 3-4 marches pour le lobby + 1 pallier pour accéder à l’unité, donc une belle surprise pour nous de voir qu’on était déjà arrivés sur le bon pallier alors qu’on croyait avoir plus à monter! Lave-linge, savon à linge, savon à vaisselle et à lave vaisselle, sac poubelle, essuie tout sont tous des items que nous avons adoré avoir fourni par l’hôte. Un gros merci nous reviendrons!

Very good location. Short walk to sight seeing areas and very close to transportation. Nice and clean unit with everything we needed available. Marlène is a good communicator and was very accommodating to my requests. Very happy with our stay!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Florian. L'extérieur ne paie pas de mine mais l'intérieur est impeccable : lumineux, spacieux, équipement fonctionnel et récent, joliment décoré. La place de parking privative est très pratique car il n'y a pas toujours de place à proximité de l'appartement. Florian a été flexible sur les horaires, nous avons apprécié. Le logement était calme et très propre. Le lit 2 places était confortable, les lits 1 place aussi mais un peu bruyants lorsqu'on change de position. Bref, un super logement.

My third time there. We visit the Basilica which a short ride away and the city which is very easy to get to. All is near. Them place is spacious and ample. Deck is open great view.

A beautiful 1-bedroom apartment. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Many, many amenities, including comfortable beds, a washer/dryer, clean towels, and, in the kitchen, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, an air-fryer...

We had a great stay at Marc's place - while the immediate surroundings are a bit depressed, the building and the unit itself are great. It was just a short walk to the old city and all that area has to offer. Marc's recommendations for restaurants and things to do were super helpful, and helped to ensure we had a great time. I would definitely recommend!

This place is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, so we felt comfortable like we were at home for three weeks. It was nice that there was a golf course nearby, and there were walking trails around the ski resort, so we spent time healing naturally while we were there. The accommodation facilities were clean and nice.
