The house has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, bed linens, towels, a blanket and a ceiling fan (there is no air conditioning or heater). It also has a living room with a TV and a sofa, a full kitchen, and an uncovered garage. Please note that there is a permanent guest (a woman) in the back of the property, with a fully self-contained space. The back area is not available for use by guests in the main house, ensuring privacy for both parties.
