My parents wanted to stay in a peaceful countryside and this was the perfect place! Surrounded by nature, this very rustic and charming house is what made us feel like we were in the heart of Italy. The best part was how accommodating our hostess Maria was. She offered to pick us up from the train station as we got a bit lost, she also offered to show us around town on our first day there. She really made the area of Roca di pappa have a lasting impression. Thank you Maria, for being such a warm and generous host!

La casa è la più bella in cui abbia mai alloggiato! Arredata in stile moderno, ma originale, ambiente molto curato nei dettagli e super pulito. Ha tutti i comfort. Una cucina splendida e attrezzatissima. Vanity set in bagno con cose che non avevo mai trovato altrove. Mi sono sentita come a casa. La location è perfetta. Area tranquilla, immersa nel verde, ambiente rilassante. Tra una visita e l’altra mi sono goduta il giardino, il divano super comodo e la TV con l’accesso a Netflix. Cosme, il padrone di casa è stato gentilissimo e premuroso. Mi ha chiesto ancor prima di arrivare se avevo bisogno di qualsiasi cosa che avrebbe potuto comprare per me. Durante il soggiorno è venuto a conoscermi e mi ha dato tantissimi consigli utili per visitare la città e navigare il quartiere di San Lorenzo, che ho trovato molto autentico e vivace. Insomma, ho trovato una gemma nascosta in questa casa! Io tornerò di sicuro e consiglio vivamente a tutti l’esperienza.

Mycket fin och charmig gammal lägenhet. Vacker trädgård runt huset. Området var lugnt. Det kändes nästan som att ”komma hem” till lugnet så fort man hade stängt grindarna och lämnat det intensiva stadslivet utanför. Vi fick varmt välkomnande utanför grindarna och hjälp med väskor den sista biten till själva lägenheten. Tydliga instruktioner för allt - allt från hur sopor sorteras till vilka bussar vi ska ta till boendet. Om vi kommer till Rom en gång till då vill vi gärna bo här igen. Med vänliga hälsningar Inga

Andrea’s place was a godsend for us, looking to spend a week in Rome outside the city’s heat. We felt like we got a taste of local living, and Andrea was a supremely helpful host who helped us out with recommendations in the area. Would recommend for anyone looking for a clean, well operated little getaway!

Le logement de Alessio est parfait vous avez de tout et plus et on pense que c'est trop loin de Rome mais non détrompez-vous on as passé 4 jours dans se logement et le trajet pour aller a Rome est tres facile on fait un trajet de 15 a 20 minutes en auto jusqu'à un stationnement qui coute 1,50e par jours et on prend le métro pour Rome pour un autre 10 minutes super simple et facile. Je recommande se logement bon prix et parfait. Merci Alessio pour le bon service.

A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

We stayed on my for one night, before heading to the airport the next morning. I'm so sad we didn't stay longer! the house and garden are so so beautiful. The primary suite is incredible, luxurious, has private terrace. the kitchen is so well appointed. we cooked a beautiful meal with ingredients that were already there and ate outside in the garden, played music on the guitar and piano, enjoyed the garden, and different spaces. it was so pleasant and comfortable, perfect for our large group - 8 adults and 4 kids. rafaelle was so communicative and helpful, even brought snacks and things for us. He met our every need. I hope we can stay here again in the future for a few more days.

This is an amazing house! Very beautiful area, beautiful garden! The house is perfectly clean, beautiful furniture, the kitchen is fully equipped! One downside is the lack of internet.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. We very much appreciated the cool interior and the very beautiful garden and pool area. The villa is a little outside Rome centre but this was what we wanted so that we could relax a bit away from the crowds. Buses to Rome shops and restaurants are all within a few minutes walking distance. A great place for a family trip to Rome!

Alessandro and Roberta are amazing hosts! They made us felt at home and connected us with many destinations and service providers to make our first visit to Italy truly memorable. The home is pristine and spacious, perfect for a large family gathering together. The design of the place is beautiful and matched the photos. So many walkable dining options nearby and a playground for the kids 8 mins away. The hosts live very close by, were very responsive to our questions and offered great advice for places to visit. Overall, i would highly recommend staying with Alessandro and Roberta.

Fabio and his mother were fabulous hosts. Their villa was welcoming and clean with amazing views of Rome from the living room. We enjoyed Frascati, Rome, and other small towns nearby. Train was easily accessible. Restaurants and vino terrific! Staying at the villa made our family vacation a wonderful memory! Grazie Fabio ! We may return in the near future!

Wir haben mit drei Paaren und einem Kind wunderbare Tage in Frascati verbracht. Flavios Haus ist ein wunderschöner Ort, an dem wir uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Pool, der tolle Garten und der Pizzaofen waren große Highlights für alle. Vielen Dank für alles!

Robertos place was fantastic! He and his sons went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate our family. (offered transportation pick up, early check in, showed us step by step every amenity in the house, helped carry ALL our Luggage up the stairs, personal recommendations, comped breakfast locally, proscecco in both refrigerators...) I would give 10 stars 🌟 for service and helpfulness! This made for an amazing welcome and stay in Rome. I highly recommend! Gratitude 🥹

Danke für einen wundervollen Urlaub, den wir in Ihrem Haus verbringen durften. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! - ein wirklich toller Pool, der uns tagsüber über die heißen Temperaturen gerettet hat! Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet, der Garten traumhaft. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, die Betten bequem, die Klimaanlage sehr hilfreich :-) In der Küche ist alles zu finden, was man zum Kochen braucht. Toll, dass es Öl, Salz, Zucker, Kaffee, Spülmaschinentabs gab. Die Gastgeber haben uns jeden Wunsch sofort erfüllt und gaben uns gute Tipps für Rom. Auch der Sohn war sehr hilfsbereit danke hierfür! Mit dem Auto findet man immer einen Parkplatz, es hat alles was man braucht in fußläufiger Umgebung. (Supermärkte, Apotheke, ...) Mosquitos hat es sehr viele, wie überall in Italien,.... Autan war unser ständiger Begleiter :-) Wir waren früh morgens und/oder abends in Rom, ca.15 Minuten bis Parkplatz EUR Fermi und dann weiter mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Zum Colosseum dann ca. 10-15min.

Very elegant place, amazing garden and the host is very friendly and supportive. Although it’s not near the downtown but it worth commuting. I would definitely visit them again.

ik heb samen met mijn vrienden een geweldige tijd gehad in Paola's villa. het zwembad is gigantisch en het huisje is gezellig. Er was een probleem met de wifi, maar die heeft Paola vrijwel direct met ons kunnen oplossen.

Abbiamo passato qualche giorno in gruppo nella casa. La Villa è molto bella, vicino ad una fermata del treno e senza troppo traffico attorno. un posto ideale per un gruppo di amici che vogliano condividere qualche giorno assieme. spazi tenuti bene, camere comode, c'era tutto quello che serviva, ed è anche comoda per spese varie. Raccomando sicuramente!

La casa davvero spaziosa e con tutto l’occorrente per passare un piacevole soggiorno. Adattissima a gruppi numerosi (noi eravamo in 10 persone)! Non vicinissima al centro di Roma ma che, con un po’ di organizzazione, risulta comunque facile da raggiungere! L’Host gentilissimo in quanto è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze!

Where do I begin! I am a study abroad student staying in Florence and wanted to visit Rome over the long weekend. Rossana’s home was the perfect peaceful getaway for an amazing price. Everything about my stay was perfect. Beautiful neighborhood and lot, very private home, amazing shower pressure, the list goes on. Rossana was so kind and very helpful— when she saw me walking back to the house from the train station she pulled over and gave me a ride when she didn’t have to, walked with me back to the house and talked to me when we bumped into each other another time, and was always quick to respond and help! I could not recommend this place enough. The walk to the station is only 15 minutes and is totally worth it to have a sanctuary to come back to after a long day in Rome!

Våran vecka hos Gianpiero har varit helt underbar! Det var smidigt att ta sig till och från Rom med bussen som gick ofta. Det var väldigt trevligt och lugnt i trädgården för att sola och bada. Gianpiero har varit hjälpsam om vi haft några frågor och även gett oss det där lilla extra när det kommer till service. Boendet var över förväntan, perfekt om man vill åt både stadslivet och solsemester.
