2 bedroom apartment, Maadi, Villa Belle Epoque

Beautiful boutique hotel in Maadi - after living in Maadi for 4 years then returning for holiday I can definitely say this is the best place to stay. Having a pool and restaurant on site is great and really hard to get in Maadi
A spacious bed is framed by elegant black canopy drapes, creating an intimate feel. Soft linens are complemented by neatly rolled towels placed on the bed. A bedside table with a softly glowing lamp adds subtle lighting to the serene environment.

Arabian nights double room

Gloria & MaxRating, 5 stars30 months ago
Mohamed was a very nice and caring host, allowing us to check in late at night and making us breakfast, on request, even on the day of check out. The room is located on the ground floor, so it is very comfortable with suitcases, and has a private bathroom. It is small but clean and equipped with every comfort: fridge, hairdryer, hot water in the bathroom, kettle for making tea. We are satisfied with our stay at Mohamed's and recommend it!
The hotel exterior is framed by lush greenery, showcasing a serene swimming pool surrounded by lounge chairs. A peaceful atmosphere is suggested by the soft light filtering through trees, while the elegant facade of the building features large windows and a balcony above.

Boutique Hotel Villa Belle Epoque Extension, Maadi

We loved our stay here. We stayed in the Aswan room which was so nice and spacious. The staff were all incredibly helpful and it was such a beautiful hotel to return to each night after a day in Cairo. The food in the restaurant was excellent too. It was a brilliant stay.
A multi-level building with a yellow exterior is surrounded by lush greenery. Curved balconies adorn each floor, with intricate railings visible. A rooftop terrace showcases a red umbrella. The staircase visible on the side is flanked by small plants and decorative features.

Room + private bathroom/breakfast

EliciaRating, 5 stars75 months ago
I recommend this place very, very highly. It's about as peaceful as it gets in the area, as Giza is a noisy city and here is on the edge of the desert and a nice village. It's a comfortable room with a nice balcony. There are views of the pyramids from the sunny roof. I had my best breakfasts and dinner in my two months in Egypt here. But the most important thing is that Mohammad really, really went out of his way to meet my needs, which are many. He knows a great deal about the sites and I felt really comfortable with him. He lived in Holland for 10 years and is very smart and easy going. But most uniquely, he has local relationships that allow him to take you to places that are not open to the public. Absolutely incredible horse ride in the desert. A real highlight of my trip. Just note that if you, like me, are used to being independent, you need to know that here you will be quite dependent on him for everything. There are not many shops or restaurants around and it's not easy to find the place on your own. But Mohammad is willing and able to get you everything you need. Just needs some mosquito spray for the room but I"m sure he can deal with that. Awesome place!
A cozy living area features a blue sofa and two yellow accent chairs positioned around a neutral-colored rug. A wall displays a string of photos, while natural light enters through a set of windows, complementing the teal and cream walls.

Wonderful & magic view on the Nile

MichaelRating, 5 stars77 months ago
My stay here was very short but enjoyable. Muhammed picked me up from the airport for a small fee, which made coming to Cairo for the first time a lot less stressful! He was so kind and hospitable, even offered me to join him on a day trip to Alexandria, which I, unfortunately, did not have time for. His staff was also very helpful and assisted me in ordering food 24/7. The place is in a good location close to the Egyptian Museum. It can be a little hard to find if you don't know what you are looking for, so I suggest being picked up by Muhammed or another staff member if possible. There is a big red sign outside, so if you come back at night you should be able to find it that way. The neighborhood also feels safe to walk around at night. Thank you Muhammed and others!
A rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the Great Pyramids, with two pyramids visible against a clear blue sky. A table and chairs are arranged for seating, while birds soar overhead, adding to the tranquility of the space.

Travel/Cook &Transportation from the Airport

This was an incredible experience, that couldn’t have happened without the help from Mohamed and his AirBNB. I was a solo traveler in Egypt for 3 days with no itinerary. Mohamed helped me find a guide and a driver to see as much of Cairo as I possibly could. Everyone in his network, from those running the Airbnb, the guides, his friends and brothers, are fun, kind, and fantastic people. They made the trip unforgettable The Airbnb itself is simple, with breakfast in the morning, optional food, and and amazing view of the pyramids. I can’t recommend this option enough if you are traveling to Cairo!

charming room with an amazing view of the pyramids

MarilynRating, 5 stars17 months ago
Very good experience in this hotel, the staff is reactive and welcoming, ready to help you if there is a problem. We feel we can count on them and Kamal. We were able to get a room straight away despite arriving earlier than planned and were able to visit the Pyramids. Thanks for the bottles of water ;)
