Chateau Mont Joly B&B: Vignes 2 bed family suite

JulieRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Claudia and her family, including the pets, made our stay very enjoyable. The grandeur of the home and grounds are perfectly represented in the photos and in the description. Our beds were very comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms were all very clean. We enjoyed the pool area and the communal areas of the home for work, exercise and playing games. Honestly the best part of this Airbnb is Claudia, she prepares a lovely breakfast each morning and is always willing to help with planning the days adventures and the evening restaurant reservations. It was wonderful to get to know her and her family during our stay and would definitely love to return here again.
The exterior of a stately building showcases classic architecture surrounded by lush greenery and mature trees. A gravel pathway leads to the entrance, which is framed by climbing plants. Large windows and balconies reveal an inviting facade, complemented by a serene atmosphere.

The Bastide Suite

DebbieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We felt right at home and warmly welcome at Marianne’s place. We, and the kids had the best time in the beautiful garden - breakfast and Dinners with this spectacular view will stay in our memories forever. Marianne took great care for little details - a bottle of Wine was a great welcome gift after a long travel day. She was always responsive for any questions we had. We can totally recommend this place, the beautiful indoor and outdoor space are exactly like on the pictures- even better! We would love to come back one day!😊 Thank you Marianne for making our holiday so special!
A cozy bedroom is present, featuring a spacious double bed with decorative pillows. An adjacent nightstand holds a small lamp, providing soft lighting. A wooden shelving unit and hanging area are visible, offering storage space for personal belongings.

La maison d'Elise Rennes le Château, bedroom 2

ClairetteRating, 5 stars42 months ago
My daughter and I spent a few days in Rennes-le-Château at Elise's house at the end of October 2021. We recommend this accommodation for the welcome of our host, the exceptional location, the very clean bedroom (view of the castle) as well as the bathroom. We did not get a chance to have breakfast at Alex's because of covid but right across the street is "the bistro of the friends" very convenient. Rennes-le-château is definitely worth the trip.
A cozy room features floral-patterned wallpaper and a spacious bed. A vintage wardrobe and a mirror are arranged against the wall, while a small wooden desk provides a workspace. Natural light filters in through the window, covered by elegant curtains.

Château de Puichéric - Farjonel room

JackieRating, 5 stars34 months ago
A beautiful castle with stunning views and idyllic gardens. Dominica and Phillipe were wonderful, friendly hosts. The breakfast was amazing with home made jams and the amazing views ! We visited Carcasonne and cycle along the Canal de Midi. Puicheric is small and quiet so we mostly chose to eat the lovely meals prepared by Dominica in the castle. It was a stunning location and a lovely experience that we always remember! Highly recommended!

"Auriac" Château de Villarlong

StellaRating, 5 stars57 months ago
This was the most incredible place to stay, even better than we expected. The chateau is truly stunning and feels very exclusive but also welcoming and relaxed. The apartment is a great self contained space and you also can use the swimming pool and on site restaurant (and wine) which was great value.

Château de Porthos – Vacation Home

JoseRating, 5 stars56 months ago
The best house I've ever been. Clean, impressive , ideal for large groups , large spaces, very well equipped, stately decor, the stone and wonderful wood staircase. The owner Pascal is very friendly and easy. The touch of Beinvenida is much appreciated. The area and location are great for nature walks and enjoy the peace of mind. The cornbread and croassants of the village's pastry shop, beysay.
The historic castle, featuring turreted architecture, is framed by lush greenery. A tranquil pool reflects the structure and sky, while well-maintained gardens surround the area. The outdoor space offers a serene environment for relaxation.

Apartment in a castle

CelineRating, 5 stars69 months ago
At Caroline's place, you will feel you have travelled in time - you're granted the "vie de chateau" while staying there. Caroline and Marie-Christine are welcoming hosts - they will recommend places to visit nearby (there are lots of them) and let you use the park and swimming pool as desired. They have set up different lounging and dining areas in the park that you are welcome to use. The space is great for families and large groups. We had a lovely time.
An aerial view of a historic château is displayed, surrounded by lush greenery and open fields. The structure features multiple towers and a tiled roof, with a courtyard visible in the foreground, showcasing a driveway and parked vehicle.

Château de Roche, 30 minutes from Toulouse

ChantalRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Pleasant stay with our friends , the shared breakfasts allowed us to get together. For our part, the room is very nice, however, in the bathroom, just a bathtub, difficult to take a shower because the water flow is really too low .
A serene raised stone pool is surrounded by a beautifully crafted stone wall, incorporating potted plants and greenery. Sunlight reflects off the water's surface, while the ancient stone structure provides a historic backdrop, enhancing the peaceful outdoor area.

Chateau d'Aragon the Medieval experience!

DavidRating, 5 stars31 months ago
Spacious, atmospheric property in lovely, friendly village. It sits high up in the village but it is only a 5 minute walk down the hill to the village store. The shop has a really friendly owner who organised us a wonderful wine tasting with charcuterie and cheese. He sells a wide variety of products and has a really good wine cellar of local wines. He also does takeaway pizza on Fridays and Saturdays. The local hotel has a restaurant and supplied us with a takeaway cassoulet. The chateau is well equipped and spacious. Only one room has a shower but all the rest have a roll top bath with shower fitting. The village itself is well situated to explore a number of vineyards and nearby towns and the roads were very quiet.

Ramón Mercader, Full apartment

JochemRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed here in April as a family with a 7 year old. This is not just a place to stay, it's a wonderful experience! The castle is gorgeous and has an interesting history, as we learned from Sebas on a really lovely tour. The grounds are magical, with lots to explore for our son (plus games, books and toys). Our apartment was on the first floor and looked better than in the photos. It had a lot of space, the fireplace was cozy and with separate bedrooms it's great to go with kids or two couples. The apartment is full of character, just what you'd expect from staying in a castle! Everything was clean and comfortable and Gloria and Sebas are the most welcoming and gracious hosts, always thinking of how to improve our stay and recommending places to go (we loved the short visits/hikes to the Monastery, the Minyona viewpoint and the Hermita, all with amazing views, and the 2 hour hike to the Salt de Sallent waterfall). All in all a wonderful stay, we'd love to come back in summer!
