Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. La era de Oto is a 'borda' for two in Oto, a small village in the Oscense Pyrenees at the entrance to the Ordesa Valley. The 'borda' was completely renovated in 2020, maintaining all its charm. It has two floors and a private garden on each of them. The lower one has an outdoor shower, in case you feel like showering in the sun after an excursion, and the upper one has a terrace for breakfast and sunbathing in winter and a porch for lunch and dinner in summer.
