Bienvenidos a casa,un lugar pensado para disfrutar

Casa del año 1932 reformada manteniendo el encanto original de la época. Dispone de 4 habitaciones dobles, una de ellas tipo suite. Tiene lavadero y buhardilla utilizada como sala de estudio, biblioteca, gimnasio y con salida a una terraza soleada. Descubre detalles y particularidades de los espacios de la casa y posibles actividades a realizar por la zona en nuestro instagram: @_casaalba_ Los huéspedes pueden acceder libremente a todos los espacios abiertos de la casa; sala de estar, comedor, cocina, baños, lavadero, estudio, patio, balcones y terraza. Hay dos espacios privados de la propiedad cerrados para almacenamiento personal. Se dejan abiertos y preparados los dormitorios necesarios según los huéspedes que contratan la casa. No estamos en a casa durante la estancia, pero nos gusta estar en contacto por cualquier duda y estamos disponibles para ayudar en caso que sea necesario. La casa se encuentra al casco antiguo junto a la Plaza Mayor, la calle es muy tranquila, céntrica, con árboles y a 10 minutos del Lago a pie. Banyoles por si no lo conocéis es un pueblo tranquilo rodeado de un entorno natural único para hacer actividades de recreo y deportivas con interés cultural/histórico. De camino a las montañas del Pirineu y el mar de la Costa Brava. El propio barrio dispone de todo tipo de tiendas, bares, restaurantes, supermercados… PARQUIN EN LA ZONA/ PARKING IN THE AREA: (ES) *Delante de casa es ZONA AZUL, se tiene que pagar a las maquinas durante este horario: de Lunes a Sábado 9:00-13:00 y de 17:00-20:30 *Aparcamiento gratuito cerca de casa, la misma calle de abajo por ejemplo Carrer Torres i Bages (todas las calles que se marcan los aparcamientos en líneas de color blanco). *Tenemos parquin cerrado cerca de casa. Le logement très bien accessible de tout les commerces très beau environnement quand au logement la seule chose qu,il faudrais que à la place de la baignoire une douche car comme des personnes comme moi à mobilité réduite sa serais mieux mais cela est mon avis personnel mais le logement top tout très bien tout les personne vus superbe encore merci on relora encore avec vous est dans la même résidence merci bonne soirée

We had a great stay in Biarritz. Severine (our host) was very responsive, super nice, flexible and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and shopping. The apartment is in an outstanding building, very convenient. Kitchen is well furnished, beds comfortable. The location is very good, walking distance from everything. The only downside is having to pay extra for bed sheets and bathroom towels... given the night price and the clean fees I think those could be included... A special thanks to Severine for welcoming us !

Cet appartement était idéal pour deux ! Sa vue sur la marina est tellement apaisante et calme en mai ! La plage est à proximité, les commerces, activités et restaurants aussi, nous y sommes allés à pied ! Nous recommandons totalement cette destination pour un couple ou petite famille puisqu’il y a un canapé lit !

Notre séjour c’est très bien passé, le logement correspondais à la description, il étais propre et le quartier est calme! Le seul petit bémol c’est qu’il n’y a pas de place attribué avec le logement, hors saison ça ne pose pas de soucis il y a de la place mais en jour de marché comme le samedi c’est beaucoup plus difficile de s’y garer car il faut vider le parking d’un côté à partir de 17h le vendredi pour les commerçants du marché de samedi, mise à part sa rien à dire. Tout est accessible à pied, les restaurants, les commerces etc… je recommande.

Excellent accueil et nous remercions Marina du groupe Interhome pour son amabilité et sa gentillesse. l’appartement est bien situé à quelques pas de la plage, des restaurants, des boutiques et des activités pour les enfants. Tout peut se faire à pied. Vous pouvez faire du vélo Trottinette, patins…..très belle plage. Vous pouvez aussi faire du bateau avec ou sans permis pour visiter les différents canaux (petit Venise)……Nous y retournerons.
