Frédéric is a responsive and available host. The house is well equipped and tastefully furnished. It is very well located in Labenne ocean (beach and shops within walking distance). The stay went very well for my mom who came to visit us.

Excellent stay in a really very nice, bright, very well-equipped house. There were 9 of us in the house but it is so well arranged that everyone can have their own quiet space. We couldn't enjoy the garden because our stay was short but again everything is done for relaxation, comfort and fun. Our hosts even made bicycles available to us. On arrival we were greeted by Sophie, extremely caring. Thank you Sophie!! We have only one wish, to return in the summer to enjoy this warm family home. Delphine and Frédéric, we feel that you want our stay to go well. Thank you!

The cottage is welcoming, functional and very well-equipped, as well as being charming and located in the heart of an authentic pastoral area. The bedding is pretty good, in my opinion, contrary to what I read in a review. Sylvie takes a fair place as a host, adorable, available and helpful, all without being intrusive. Our old pooch was able to enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden, while we wandered around where he unfortunately can no longer follow us. In short, we had a lovely stay, rejuvenating and exotic, despite the gloomy weather. Thank you again for hosting you! Judith, Samuel and Djinn

The house is very nice for a family with 3 children. It is quiet and conveniently located close by car to the various points of interest in the region. The terrace, living room and kitchen make you feel very good. Stéphane is a very welcoming and friendly host.

Perfect stay! The location is ideal, within walking distance of the gondola, which is super convenient to fully enjoy the slopes. The accommodation was spotless, clean and well-equipped. We immediately felt at ease there. I highly recommend it, and will come back without hesitation!

Great stay! Maider's apartment is very cute, cozy, well arranged and super clean! The location is ideal, 10/15 min from the center of Saint-Jean-de-Luz on foot, while being quiet! Big plus, the bed is ULTRA comfortable! Everything is great!

great weekend spent in this apartment ideally located in relation to the lifts. everything is done on foot. The apartment is large, with plenty of storage and very well kept. There are even board games:) Sandrine has always been responsive and very enjoyable. i recommend it 100%

Great stay in this place for the new year! Incredible view and good location 20 minutes from the old center of Biarritz and with many small shops downstairs. Not to mention the parking, very convenient.

A very warm welcome by Monique as well as very useful recommendations! The apartment is well thought out, even at 6 people life was easy. The children's park downstairs is large and has a variety of games. There is also the greenway downstairs from the building. It was a nice discovery and a good stay! Thank you!

My parents and I stayed for 3 nights - the hosts were incredibly welcoming as well as very proactive, responsive and flexible. The purpose of our visit was a pilgrimage to Our Lady of Lourdes - the spacious apt. is very close to the grotto & to the train station (easy walking distance) My parents are seniors and being close to the grotto allowed for multiple visits per day - the building has an elevator, which was a plus. The apt was impeccable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay - we couldn’t have asked for more. Grazie, Valentina and Giuseppe - we look forward to returning to your lovely home and would not hesitate in recommending it to our friends and family. Palermo in 2026 is hopefully next 😉

The accommodation is in a very pleasant setting among the pine trees and a 10-minute walk to the beach. very quiet residence The terrace overlooks the garden so it's great for breakfast. i would highly recommend

Excellent stay in this superb apartment tastefully decorated. Nothing is missing, everything has been thought out to feel good... close to the beach 10 minutes' walk... convenience stores at the foot of the residence... we put the car in the garage, a big plus and we didn't touch it... we used the free electric shuttle that passes at the foot of the apartment to get to and from the center of Biarritz... in a word, great stay, see you very soon, all the best to both of you

Viviane is very attentive and responsive. The accommodation is very clean and in a very good location, despite the weather we were able to get around the area without problems. I recommend it 100%
