Vacation rentals with a patio in Putnam County

Very nice upscale house! We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the linens and towels were very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals. We were surprised that there wasn't an oven in the kitchen. However there is a small pizza oven that we were able to use to heat up the items we intended on putting in the oven. That was not a big deal but just something to know and plan for. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. My kids were sad to say goodbye to the sweet cat who visited!

Leading up to our stay Kimberly was proactive about communicating with us to make sure we had our needs met. She was flexible with check-in and the place was very cozy and perfect for us. We would definitely stay again.

Kim was exceptionally courteous and responsive. I had to check in later in the day, and I had no problem arranging my arrival time. She had an air mattress set up and ready for my arrival, and my sister and I both enjoyed a private space to rest for the night. The place itself was cute, clean, and cozy. There were extra personalized touches to make us feel welcomed in the space, and the decor was nice. If I'm ever in the Bloomington area again, I will absolutely see if this place is available! I loved the quiet area it was in, and I am especially thankful for the kind hospitality! Thank you for a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Krista's place! It was perfect for our IU football game weekend. Walkable to the stadium, restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at Mikala's a couple time now! Always our landing place for a weekend in Bloomington. We love being close to town but just far enough away! Mikala and her husband are very friendly and helpful. Thanks again!

Trillium in Greencastle is a newer listing. The location was perfect to everything DePauw and Greencastle related. The house was a wonderful history lesson from the old books and magazines in the poker room to the information in the family room. Bedrooms were cozy, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were just right. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook over Easter weekend. We look forward to returning!

Cozy, convenient as I was there for a horse show in Cloverdale.

The house was perfect for the four of us for the weekend. It wasn’t as close to campus as we would have liked, but the layout and all the extras were perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house with a super location to enjoy a weekend visiting Depauw University!

This property is great for DePauw visitors. Close to campus and decorated tastefully with DePauw and Greencastle touches inside. Very clean when we arrived. The living space and kitchen have a nice layout. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property over a hotel option for family visits to campus. A great find in the area.

We were in town for a wedding at Tiger Pointe. This location was within walking distance to the venue. Being right on golf course provided nice scenery. House is larger than it seems. The newly finished basement is huge. The office was great too. We slept 7 people there comfortably. The host was very responsive to a couple of questions that we had. It’s an older house (built in 1962), but everything worked well. There are 2 bathrooms in the house. Overall, a really nice property that fit our needs very well. Greencastle is quaint - with several neat restaurants in town.

Very nice house not far from campus. I will always check availability when visiting DePauw with a small group.

Halle’s place is a gem. It is so thoughtfully designed and the wood throughout makes it such a warm and inviting place to stay. It’s in a quiet rural area but close to Greencastle. It would be perfect as a family getaway or quiet escape. The kitchen was very well stocked with what we needed to cook. A perfect stay.
