Inside, there is a separate toilet and shower. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge-freezer. There is the option to heat a large hot tub on-site for an additional fee of €50. You can enjoy swimming, fishing, or otherwise just staying on the lake with a rowing boat, a canoe is also available.

It is easy to relax in this unique and peaceful vacation resort. The bright and spacious cabin offers a 180-degree view of the lake, where you can see a pair of otters frolicking on the lake. You can also see a beaver family playing around in the nearby area. The separate sauna building also offers a beautiful view of the lake. Come unwind in a peaceful and cozy cabin with family, friends, or even a small work team. The cabin is in a quiet location, but still close to the activities and hustle and bustle of Himoksa. The nearest downhill ski slopes are about 3 km away, and the ski resort is about 6 km away. On weekends, you can visit Himos Arena to listen to artists and enjoy the great atmosphere. In the summer, there is a swimming spot about 300 meters away, so it’s easy to go for a morning swim. There’s plenty to do all year round!

Our studio is cozy and equipped with all the basic amenities. Thanks to the large windows, the beautiful landscape opens directly into the apartment.

A typical Finnish cottage (55.8 sq.m) was built in 1972 and completely renovated in 2014, preserving the authentic atmosphere. The nearest shop or gas station is 25 kilometers away. We live behind the forest 200 meters from the cottage all year round. The location of the cottage is unique in that, on the one hand, you feel complete freedom and privacy, on the other hand, we are always around and ready to help and communicate if you wish. Our plot and garden are always open to our guests.

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.
