The spacious apartment has a large living-bedroom, a large kitchen-living room and another bedroom as well as a hallway and a bathroom. The beach is about 1.3 km away, and it is about the same distance to the village of Altenkirchen, where in addition to the Netto there is also the Stolz department store, a beverage market, a pharmacy and actually everything a holiday guest could need.

The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

"Windspiel" on the ground floor offers 60 m² of spacious living space for 2-3 people. Highlights include a private sauna, a fireplace and smart home features. The bedroom features a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with a gel topper. The third person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer are also provided.

Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.
