Présents à l'arrivée et au départ, ils ont été à l'écoute et ont tout fait pour que notre séjour soit top. Nous avons découvert Montreuil, une ville jeune et très sympa, animée mais aux rues calmes et sûres. La maison: belle déco, pièces bien distribuées, très fonctionnelles, le salon et la salle à manager peuvent accueillir 8 invités, les canapés, les fauteuils sont confortables. tout est propre, clair, lumineux. La cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manager est équipée d'electro-menager récent et haut de gamme (bosch, samsung...),salles de bains spacieuses et les deux chambres sur le jardin sont lumineuses et les literies super confortables, avec des matelas récents (king size et queen size), certains fermes et très fermes, d'autres moelleux. Nous n'avons pas essayé le canapé-lit, mais on est bien assis, donc... A noter: deux des quatre chambres donnent sur la rue, où passe une ligne de bus (bien pratique pour aller a Vincennes), donc si vous êtes insoniaque ou avez le sommeil très léger, choisissez les deux chambres sur le jardin. Le jardin était en fleurs quand nous avons séjourné. Plusieurs tables, chaises longues et transats permettent de s'isoler pour bouquiner. Nous avons eu la chance de le voir ensolleillé toute la journée. C'est un havre de paix et de verdure, apprécié des oiseaux, des papillons...et des humains, petits et grands ;-) En résumé: vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vous serez, comme nous, sous le charme.

Beautiful house with amazing views. Very nice open space. Good sized rooms and well presented. Lovely large fridge and freezer. Host is very friendly and communicated well and easily. Only slight negative was that there were lots of bees in the lawn so the children couldnt play there, but they still enjoyed the space.

Lily’s home was a restful retreat after long days of exploring Paris as a family. The transit and grocery proximity were convenient. We visited the bakery across the street on several mornings and afternoons. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and we enjoyed dining on the patio. Lily’s home is very well kept and she provides explicit instructions for everything you need to know. We’d love to stay here again!

en concours sur le haras de Jardy, nous avons apprécié la proximité du logement et son confort. Nous étions 10 personnes et le logement était parfait pour nous reposer et nous restaurer. Le jardin et le barbecue ont fait notre bonheur.

Christiane et son mari sont des hôtes exceptionnels qui font tout pour que le séjour soit le plus agréable possible! Ils sont très accueillants à l’image de leur petit studio qui dispose de tout le nécessaire et du confort pour un bon sejour! Je suis venu pour m’isoler une semaine afin de travailler pour mes études et le logement est tout simplement parfait pour ce genre d’utilisation! Merci à vous Christiane! Mr Vicky Bholah

We really enjoyed our stay at the house! Having free parking right in front was such a relief. The game room in the basement was a great bonus and added to the fun. The location was very convenient — just a short walk to the train station and nearby restaurants. The stairs down to the basement were quite narrow, but manageable. The hosts were great — very friendly and responsive to all our messages. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay again when we’re back in Paris.

Accueil très chaleureux, Rui et aux petits oignons avec ses locataires ! Il nous a aidé à nous installer car nous avions des camions frigorifiques à brancher. Des petites surprises nous attendaient dans le frigidaire ce qui était très appréciable ! Le logement est très bien très propre et correspond au descriptif. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement ! Wonderful location on quiet street blocks from train stop. So easy to get to Paris. Also great bakery at end of street. Loved eating/drinking on back patio. Franck came to unclog a shower drain and proactively cleaned all the drains and changed a lightbulb. The house stays nice and cool on the 1st floor but we had a 98F day with no breeze at night. Those of us sleeping on 3rd floor had a rough night. Fans would have helped that night.

Très bon logement,très joliment décoré avec la toile de Jouy (papier peint,coussin ..) très bien équipé. Très bon accueil par le gérant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Je recommande.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

The house was very well-kept and clean. The host of the house treated us like family. She booked and drove me to a doctor’s appointment, and also took me to several places in the city, accompanying and assisting me on her own time. She had flexible check in and check out times, as we came in early and checked out late with no problem at all. If I were to list everything she had done for me, this review would be far too long. We cannot thank her enough for her hospitality, and we can’t wait to come back.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Catherine. Nous avons pu y célébrer le baptême de notre fille, et recevoir notre famille. Les indications d’accès sont très claires, la communication a été excellente du début à la fin des échanges. La maison est spacieuse, avec un grand jardin. Catherine laisse à disposition des jeux pour les enfants, et tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Un grand merci !

Potentially the most beautiful house I have ever stayed in! The nature aspect is big in this one, you live right by beautiful greenery and even have frogs and ants visiting but thats part of living in nature. 10/10 responsiveness, 10/10 House, 10/10 clean.

I would not hesitate to book this Airbnb. Great location near Ternes metro. Short walk to a grocery store and fresh fruits and vegetables. The apartment looked as nice in person as in the photos. Martin was very easy to communicate with. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Nous avons loué ce Airbnb à l’occasion d’un EVJF, et ce fut une excellente expérience ! Pas de fête à l'intérieur, mais certainement aucun moment d’ennui. Le logement est spacieux, propre et très bien équipé pour passer de bons moments. Entre le babyfoot, le panier de basket, le terrain de foot, le trampoline, la piscine, le barbecue et même Netflix pour les soirées détente, chacun y trouve son bonheur. Sonia est une hôte exceptionnelle, réactive et très à l’écoute. L’accueil a été parfait. J'avais lu quelques commentaires au sujet de caméras de surveillance, mais je tiens à préciser qu’on n'est absolument pas filmé. La villa est simplement connectée et bien équipée ce qui facilite vraiment le séjour. Je reviendrai sans hésitation, que ce soit entre amies ou en famille. Je vous recommande ce Airbnb à 100%. Nous avons loué la villa de Evgenia et Ghislain afin de célébré notre mariage. Nous avons vécu un week end incroyable. De la communication à l'équipement de la maison il y a rien à dire. Les espaces sont immense, la maison est exceptionel à tous les niveau. Nous recommandons fortement cette superbe demeure.

Heerlijke woning met fijn zwembad. De stoomcabine is ook super. Jammer dat de sauna niet werkte. Eigenaar is erg gastvrij we hebben een heerlijke week gehad.

I booked this place for a family trip (4 adults/3 kids). Amazing property with all amenities. The photos don’t do it justice! Peaceful location and space for a vehicle. If you don’t have your own transport, I’d advise looking up directions to get to Paris. There is local train station about a 20 minute walk and about 2/3 stops to Paris. Property was in good condition apart from a few cracked tiles but not worth complaining over considering the size of the house. We made use of the cinema (and I made good use of the massage chair!) La maison est parfaite elle est encore plus belle en vrai. C’est spacieux et très propre. Elle contient de nombreux équipements, nous avons manqué de rien. Nafi est d’une énorme gentillesse, elle est très réactif et disponible. Je recommande à 100%

Vielen Dank an Hakima, dass wir in ihrem wunderschönen Haus unsere Zeit über die Olympischen Spiele genießen dürften. Das Haus liegt sehr nah an der S-Bahn Linie und bietet viel Platz für die ganze Familie an. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung, alles ist sehr sauber. Ich würde es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
