Family-friendly vacation rentals in Putatan

Mark's three-bedroom flat is neat and clean, with great sea views on the ninth floor. It is conveniently located near convenience stores, restaurants and shops, all within walking distance, in a clean neighbourhood. The kitchen is well equipped and the drinking water dispenser is extremely handy. Transport is easily available and if you rent a car there is a parking space that goes with the flat. The daily cleaning service and 24-hour water supply (unlike in some other blocks in complex) are added advantages. Mark responded promptly to our questions, making it so much easier to plan and make the most of our short stay. I would not hesitate in recommending Mark's flat. We first met Mark as a kind and gracious host, and we now think of him as a friend. Thank you Mark for making our visit to KK so special.

I stayed with a group of 5 friends for 6 days and we were all very satisfied with our stay.The host responded to messages very promptly.It's not far from the airport, about ten minutes by taxi. There are two convenience stores downstairs. It's less than ten minutes walk to image shopping mall, a big shopping mall with everything.There is also an infinity pool on the 3rd floor, and I saw a beautiful sunset at sea from the balcony on the first day of my stay.A place where you won't step on landmines at all.👌

Absolutely amazing services from Sylvia. She was the one who texted us before our check-in. Very friendly and responsive person. As for the room everything is lovely and wonderful. Plenty of restaurants to dine in, convenience store available but no shopping centre but that is not an issue since the location is quite near to big shopping complexes. Only thing that seems to be a minor issue which is the Iron clothing is not great but other than that we are fine with it

Easy to communicate with the host and check-in was seamlessly done by Bibi. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Location above the mall is really good, especially for those who like convenience as there is everything you need downstairs; easy to get Grab transport in the area too. Only issue was towels and some linens had stains. Otherwise all else was good!

The location is good. Not far from the city, the view is nice. The apartment is new with nice design. The best thing is the washing machine, you can dry your clothes after playing water activities. Not many people live in the building, so you can have a private swimming pool to yourselves. There is an orange shop in the lobby and it opens 24 hours. Great

Rose and Terry’s place was absolutely stunning and we felt right at home. From booking our stay to the moment we left Rose was extremely accommodating. The choice to have breakfasts, lunches and dinner at the property was also super helpful … and delicious! We would definitely like to return in the future 🤞❤️

Great accommodation for big family. Fully air-conditioning rooms. Toiletries, towels and detergent are provided. Very kind and considerable, allowing us to check out 30 minutes late. Overall we are satisfied. Thanks. We are happy with our stay!

We enjoyed a lot for our 6days at Ms. Regina's place because of the view. We're at the high floor and can see the beautiful of mountains and mosque so peaceful and refreshing air... And also, the place is huge for my big family of 11p😊 Every room has bathroom and toilet and there is a bathtub in the master bedroom is so spacious... if we'll go back to Kota Kinabalu, for sure we're gonna be stay there again bcoz Ms. Regina is a kind and trustworthy person😊 Thank you Ms. Regina for ur cooperation and being responsive for all the mesgs that I had... all of us are happy to stay at ur place its sorroundings by many restaurants and Mall😊👍

Awesome space in a great location! Paul and Krystle were excellent with communication and assisting us whilst we were there. Room was spacious and comfortable and authentic and we loved it! Local recommendations were also great and right above El Centro cafe and across the road from Nook which does amazing coffee. Highly recommend!
