It is located at the foot of the Stade Toulousain (notice to rugby fans) and close to the city center of Toulouse; more precisely, 6 km from the Place du Capitole, 5 minutes from Blagnac Airport, 4 km from Purpan Hospital, 5 minutes from Airbus and 5 km from Zenith... The residence is closed, secure and wooded with swimming pool (closed for health reasons)
