The pedestrian entrance is on Rue des Couteliers (with its gourmet restaurants and small shops), and the parking entrance via the shaded and vegetated Avenue de la Garonnette is below on the other side of the building. The studio overlooks a quiet inner courtyard next to the parking lot.

Easy access, 6 minutes from the airport by car, 5 minutes from the Parc des Expositions, 4 minutes from the Aéroscopia Museum, 5 minutes from a large shopping mall; tram stop 2 steps away (T1) which allows you to reach the center of Toulouse. A few meters away, you will also find: restaurants, bakery, gym, clinic, garden and a large park.

By transport it will take you 20 minutes to reach the stadium, 13 minutes to reach the Zenith and 12 minutes to the Capitol.
