Ideal for tourist or professional stays, you will be housed in the heart of one of the most beautiful areas of the center of Toulouse. This quiet apartment of 36m2, has a covered and protected parking space. The pedestrian entrance is on Rue des Couteliers (with its gourmet restaurants and small shops), and the parking entrance via the shaded and vegetated Avenue de la Garonnette is below on the other side of the building. The studio overlooks a quiet inner courtyard next to the parking lot.

It is located at the foot of the Stade Toulousain (notice to rugby lovers) and close to Toulouse city center; more precisely, 6 km from Place du Capitole, 5 minutes from Blagnac airport, 4 km from the Purpan hospital, 5 minutes from Airbus and 5 km from the Zenith... The residence is closed, secure and wooded with swimming pool (sanitary reasons)

The completely renovated studio is at the 2nd floor of a small building in a calm part of St-Aubin, nice neighborhood of Toulouse with a lot of shops, cafés and restaurants. Just steps away: Canal du Midi, swimming pool, open-air market on sunday, tube station Jean-Jaurès (6’), train and bus station (9’), Place du Capitole (14’). About furnishings, you will find : wifi, 140cm-wide bed, bedding, towels, microwave, glass-ceramic plates, kettle, toaster, washing machine.
