Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Puriscal

What a perfect and beautyful place! The house is very nice, and there are a lot of places to sit and just chill and enjoy the birds and the pool! The rooms have very good beds and airco's! The kitchen is complete with al kind of kitchentools. We loved the bbq, and everything we needed was there! Nearby are a lot of nice restaurants, 20 minutes to Tarcoles and the highway to San José and Puntarenas is very close. Carlos the home owner is such a nice person and super helpfull. Nidia is the housekeeper and back-up if you need her help with anything.. She is someone you want to keep for yourself!

A beautiful place if you want to rest and spend a few quiet days. The house is comfortable and large. Book if you want to get away from the heat and into a very quiet mountain setting.

The house and property were as described and expected and we were extremely happy with our stay! We were specifically looking for something outside of the typical tourist spots and Gary’s place did not disappoint. Gary specifically stated that the mosquito population at his house was low and he was absolutely right! Just a few tips and recommendations for other potential visitors. - The kayaks must be taken down the hill to the beach for each use for security reasons. We hesitated to use them until our last day for this reason but we wish we hadn’t. Gary made it very easy and he took them down on his car. It’s an easy paddle to some snorkeling and nice beach areas. You can avoid paying for parking and hauling gear. - there is a public road between the pool area and beach where locals like to park and hang out. Shrubbery gives visual privacy but you may hear music. This did not detract from our stay. Overall we absolutely recommend this house to others.

Marlen's place was amazing. We stayed for 2 nights which let us have a full day to rest and hangout there. The kids were so happy to have a beautiful pool to swim in and trampoline to jump on, we hiked the trails, we all lounged in the many different hammocks throughout the property and watched the hummingbirds in the mornings. The houses themselves were gorgeous. And Marlen was so responsive - she answered the phone immediately both times I called her with questions about the gate. We would definitely stay here again!

Great find. Good building. The area is good for Sabana and central to most locations to jump to. Good for walking Sabana every morning. The apt is nice. We would return for sure.

I couldn’t expect any better. Martinique went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasurable as possible. Fully equipped with everything you need so cozy great decor. Very attentive at the time of entering the facilities, Nancy is a very kind and attentive person, since, I gave us information about a place to dine, even though it was very night. The place was very clean, very quiet and provide a warm atmosphere. Nearby establishments and in general Nancy and her husband are very friendly people

Great place, but a bit noise. The pool was not heated and parking its far away from the lifts. However, I would stay again if I have a chance.

An excellent place to get out of your routine, clear your mind and spend time surrounded by nature. It feels a lot of peace and tranquility. A lovely place to spend time as a couple or with the family. Easy to get to and accessible for any vehicle.

Great place to relax. We were traveling with an elderly adult, so having rooms on the first floor was very convenient in terms of accessibility. In addition, the mountain view is beautiful

We loved the place, just like in the pictures, and the place has a unique mystique. We were a group of 8 and everything was amazing. There was very fluid musical composition, good acoustics and better progress than expected, everything felt very pleasant overall

The cabin is super cozy and the weather is really fresh and nice, we were able to see a lot of fireflies and it was magical. Good restaurants around and easy to get there, definitely recommended!

Wonderful stay! The cabin is cozy, private and perfect for disconnecting. The views are beautiful, especially at sunset. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The bed is super comfortable, ideal for resting. I would definitely come back!
