Das Appartement und die Gartenanlage sind sehr gepflegt. Die Strände in der nächsten Umgebung sind klein, wunderschön und zu Fuss leicht zu erreichen. Unsere Kritik betrifft ausschliesslich die nähere Umgebung. Die Anfahrtsstrasse (beginnt bereits bei der Einfahrt zu der Anlage) ist sehr schlecht unterhalten, dann gibt es ein paar Bauruinen in der nächsten Umgebung sowie zwei stillgelegte (aber nicht zurückgebaute) Tennisplätzte die wahrscheinlich zur Anlage gehören und den Ausblick leicht stören. Für den ersten Eindruck gibt es keine zweite Chance, dass sollten sich die Besitzer der gesamten Anlage zu Herzen nehmen und einen Teil der Einnahmen in die Infrastruktur investieren.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia 2 settimane nell’appartamento di Serena. Che dire.. TUTTO PERFETTO e curato nei minimi dettagli. La casa è ben curata e accogliente. Gli spazi esterni sono di estrema comodità soprattutto con i bambini. La posizione della casa è molto comoda in quanto vicino al porto di Olbia ma allo stesso tempo vicino a molte spiaggie gettonate vicino San Teodoro. Ci torneremo sicuramente !!! 💪🏻

La casa è ben situata, a qualche minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia e vicina ai servizi necessari, per esempio un minimarket, un bar e dei ristoranti, proprio accanto. Se si è a piedi, come nel mio caso, da Olbia si arriva in bus con un cambio a Siniscola, la Caletta e Posada, i centri più vicini, sono raggiungibili in bus, 25 minuti a piedi per la Caletta. La veranda fuori è piacevole, l'appartamento è fornito di tutto quello che è indicato nell'annuncio.. Ero sola, ho soggiornato qui per 9 giorni e mi sono trovata molto bene. Luna è stata accogliente e disponibile per le indicazioni. Mi piacerebbe ritornare e stare più a lungo. Grazie di tutto!

Stephano was wonderful! The location is amazing - Right in front of the beach. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our time. We loved Stephano’s recommendations. Tolle Unterkunft - gut durchdachte Ausstattung und einige Annehmlichkeiten, die das Ankommen und Wohlfühlen erleichtern (Wasserschlauch und viel Platz für den ganzen Kram, den man als aktiver Wassersportler so dabei hat, Grundausstattung mit Öl, Salz, Mülltüten etc.). Der sichtgeschützte Außenbereich ist auch ideal mit Hund und großzügig gestaltet. So findet jede/r seine Nische und Ecke zum Entspannen, egal bei welchem Wetter. Wir sind zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen und es ist einfach eine super Adresse mit einem wunderbaren Host. Vielen Dank für die Tipps, Michael!

We stayed here in the Easter holidays with our son (2,5 years old). Very cosy and well equipped accomodation! There was a babybed and -seat for our son and plenty of room to play outside on the terrace. Location is absolutely stunning and enough to do in the surroundings. Would definitely recommend!
