BN3.0 is spacious and luxurious, inaugurated in 2025, it is located on the first floor of the complex with a large garden for private use overlooking the large veranda of the living room, characterized by modern and linear furnishings with air conditioning and luxury finishes. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed; one of the two bedrooms also has a bunk bed to accommodate up to 6 people.
