Their quick response and warm treatment make you feel truly at home. The accommodation is impeccable: comfortable, cozy and equipped. The house is very cozy, the area is quiet in general and you can breathe a good atmosphere. With the hosts we had a small inconvenience as a result of an unexpected event that occurred in the family and we requested a change of date to which they initially accessed but when we did it through airbnb they did not accept it and requested that we directly cancel the same, thus being exposed to the possibility of losing the money. Everything else is fine, the house is very clean and tidy. Tony, the guy who helps, excellent human, very attentive and willing.

Truly a great experience overall and this trip was a surprise for my partner, she absolutely loved everything about it! We were instantly welcomed with open arms by John and Joanne, they gave us a tour and it was such a unique feeling. Very wholesome, lots to do in the home and outside as well, they offer a great ATV excursion and showed us the true beauty of puerto plata! They even recommended amazing places for nightlife and restaurants. The home was in great condition, and we got the well deserved break we needed! Highly recommend :)

This was my second time staying at villas agua dolce. The house was very nice and everything was perfect. We Used the chef service for a family dinner and was very pleased with the service, very professional. We thank Jary collado for his effective responses to our questions and demands.

Elizabet was very friendly and accommodating. Her place looks just like the pictures. The terrace is perfect place to relax. Everything was perfect, I’d come back if I’m in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Vincent's condo. It was clean, well organized, and just steps to the beautiful pool. It is about a 15-minute walk to Encurento Beach for us, but keep in mind we are seniors. Im sure avid walkers could shorten this to 10 minutes. We highly recommend staying here. We plan to return next year. The Co-Host Guillaume checked in with us to make sure our needs were met and went above and beyond our expectations to make us comfortable. A five-star rating from us.

A very clean and lovely Airbnb equipped with everything you need. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. Paolo was also a great host. He was very attentive and made my stay even more enjoyable. I had an amazing vacation.

A beautiful bright, well appointed apartment with an open view on a spectacular property. Convenient location close to town with all main points of interests close by, especially anything water sports related of course! The hosts both Paz and Ana were incredibly responsive, trustworthy and friendly. We look forward to going back again soon!

Richard is a first class and superior host. He is responsive and effective and yet not intrusive. I cannot speak more highly of him. His cleaning staff Elena is excellent as well. We have booked for next year and look forward to our lovely winter home in 2026.
