The Villa consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a living room with sofa bed, a wooden kitchen, a bathroom and an outdoor garden with wooden porch, where you will find a corner with lounge chairs and sofas to immerse yourself in complete relaxation. Indoor parking for two cars, shower and outdoor laundry. Services such as restaurant, supermarket, butcher shop, fruit shop, etc... are all reachable on foot, about 200 meters. Through the beach you can easily reach the campsite that is only 100 meters away, where you will find animation and music for the whole family. The wide beach will guarantee you privacy and tranquility in the beautiful crystal clear waters of Circeo. Also only a 10 minute drive, you'll find the ports of Terracina and San Felice to easily reach the Pontine Islands. Villa Leo awaits you and also your 4-legged friends.

My place is near downtown Le Forna where you can find shops of any kind, bars, restaurants,a pharmacy dispensary, post office Only about 10 minutes from the three most beautiful coves (Piscine Naturali, Cala Dell 'Water, Caletta) and all within walking distance, not far from Cala Feola beach and rocky but actionable Cala Fonte. NB: at the moment Cala Fonte is closed due to the collapse of a rock wall! However, visible from the sea to a 50-meter district from the coast to admire it!!

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
