At the end of the vacation, Angelo becomes a friend of yours. I start with this premise because he is the hub of your entire vacation that thanks to his tips becomes a dream. His welcome is unparalleled, friendly, friendly, friendly, immediately puts you at ease with his welcome gift, then the house is even more beautiful in real life. The pool you enjoy gjorno and even in the evening with the romantic garden lights that surround this fairytale. The sea passes almost second floor due to the comfort of the house and its amenities. There is a very comfortable parking space inside, the beach can be reached in 2 minutes on foot from the house via a walkway. Angelo updates you and provides tips on where to eat fish, meat, which farm to visit, even where to bathe by checking the weather forecasts of the wind. Nieves is a truly lovely host who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Her recommendations were invaluable and it was a genuine pleasure to meet her and her family. The house is beautiful with plenty of space, comfy bedrooms and everything you could possibly need. The large open terraces and pool surrounding the house make it a great place for socialising as a large group whilst enjoying the peace of its spectacular surroundings. It is easy to access and nearby the historic city of Lecce with all it has to offer including stunning baroque architecture and some great bars and restaurants. We will be back! The house is huge - first floor has 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single), 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a large kitchen. Second floor has a small kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a single bed in the living room. The trullo house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen + living room. We didn’t use the pools because it was raining. The veranda terrace is huge and the garden is also very large with a lot of tables, chairs, sofas and everything to make your stay more pleasant.

Maria Cristina’s place impressed us with its historical beauty, unforgettable Adriatic views, great location, well equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedding. The house is well organized: free laundry and parking, heating and AC system in every room, great air circulation and light management, separate dining area, and living room. The front house veranda is very spacious, its overlooking the sea. The area is peaceful and safe with multiple close by restaurants and coffee shops; 10 min walk to the Castro local A&O grocery store; 10 min drive to MAD gym; and a lot of beautiful walks of your choice. Communication has been exceptional from welcoming throughout our entire stay. Emanuela is assisting Maria Cristina with English speaking guests, taking care of any unexpected issues or special requests. We’ve been blessed with hospitality, attention, patience, and flexibility of our hosts. It was a privilege to live in the house with such history and importance to the local community.

The welcome from Dorothy and Gabriele was friendly. Dorothy was always very available to answer our questions quickly. The accommodation really has something special with its vaulted rooms in Lecce stone that we enjoyed very much. The accommodation was clean and in good condition. Only downsides: - the 3 bedrooms are quite far apart (1 at the entrance but outside, 1 at the back of the accommodation and 1 upstairs). To remember with small children who are a little afraid of the distance at night; - the accommodation is located right on the edge of the street and is therefore a little noisy for those occupying the bedroom at the entrance. But otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you very much

If you are looking for a villa in total tranquility and super close to the sea like we wanted, Villaria is the best solution! The interior is cared in every single detail, the kitchen is complete with every accessory and comfort, there are three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, spacious and functional. The outdoor patio is very big and ideal for dining or having an aperitif during the sunset time, so peaceful! 😌 The villa is complete with a big swimming pool, parking slots and charging station for electric cars! The cleanliness of both the interior and exterior is impeccable! There are also both washer and dryer and the AC! Francesco was very kind and helpful Highly recommended!
