Immerso nella pineta, lo stabile è dotato di parco e sala giochi condominiale. Parcheggio gratuito sotto casa. A due passi dai noti campi da sci di Campo Smith e dal parco giochi ed a cinque minuti (a piedi) dal borgo vecchio. La fermata della navetta gratuita per il centro è proprio sotto casa!
